We had a client — startup on an early stage from the US. We worked with them on strategy and UX/UI design and was looking for somebody to handle all development part of the project. We needed something to specialize in SaaS products and could manage the timeline.

Our client's product was a CRM system with options to add virtual phone numbers. One of the main features is receiving and managing customer phone calls with your teammates.

How did you select this vendor?
Our office also located in Lviv, Ukraine and our clients want to have a development team in the same city for our better communication. So we're looking for development companies here. We know about Kindgeek for a couple of years already and always wanted to work together on some projects.

The main product works as a web app on desktops, and also we have iOS and Android companion apps. Kindgeek helped us with choosing the best technology and run through the project successfully.
What was the team composition?
We worked with a team of six people. They worked perfectly on both backend and frontend parts and built the team in such a way that all resources was available through all project. We never had any issues with somebody missed or something like that.

We start working with KindGeek in summer 2019 and work still ongoing. We were delighted with the professionalism and attention to the details of the Kindgeek team. We didn't have any significant bugs or conflicts. Everything worked perfectly, and our client was delighted with the result, so they added some new features and increased the scope. That's why we continue working together.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I can't remember any problems with communication — everything was clear and in-time. They were flexible and helpful. The reaction to all feedback was rapid. Communication is the real strong point of the Kindgeek team.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
For us, that was first experience working on such a big project, and we're thrilled that we decided to partner with Kindgeek. They add much expertise from their side, and we always know that we could rely on them. The team was very organized.
