I'm a project manager for WP Plus, a multiservice level company in Wordpress hosting.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kind Agency?

We hired Kind Agency because we needed them to create content, such as writing news articles and copywriting, for our new website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected them because we knew that they had a partnership with Plus972 (our web design and branding agency) and we also knew that they had really affordable prices.

We introduced them to our company and mission and had meetings to explain what kind of content we needed. They came up with a strategy to produce content that would make sense and they also met with Plus972 regularly in order to stay up to date on what they needed to produce. In the end, Plus972 plugged in their content onto our new page.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with one main person and she was the COO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new blog has a lot of news articles that we have been able to share on LinkedIn and it's helped us greatly in our self-promotion efforts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great because we met with them one every two weeks to discuss the progress on the content. They had regular contact with Plus972 in order to strategize and in our design reviews we were able to see the consolidated work of both agencies.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think it's impressive how well they worked with our other agency Plus972. They had a very good workflow that was extremely efficient so we didn't waste time. They wrote great articles that were easy to read and interesting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at the moment

We hired Kind Agency to help us with our SMA. We needed to increase our recruiting stats.

We selected this vendor by recommendation.

The work was done well. They started with interviews, figured out our problems, and delivered a plan for approval. We approved that immediately. In the end, we received detailed instructions on the next steps.

I worked closely with the COO - Anna. But actually, other team members were involved as well - I was not involved in this. Anna was the main contact point.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We set a clear result that we want to see. At the end, it was delivered as promised.

Kind Agency stayed on budget and didn’t miss any deadlines. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did their job 110%. They strive to keep us more than just satisfied.

As well as we don’t have any complaints, it’s hard to suggest any improvements.

Kind Agency is a new agency on the market. We liked their vision & mission.

We started with filling in the brief. COO personally sent me all the deliverables and acted as a main contact point.

I was in contact with only one person. However, I see that around 3 were working on my project: COO, designer and marketer.

I’ll be straightforward: ROI is around 600%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are very easy to talk with. After filling in the brief, we had several meetings - they didn’t take a lot of my time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked their mission and vision. Also, their approach to work is to overdeliver.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It’s hard to say. The best thing they can do is to increase their presence in the market.

We asked Kind Agency to update our branding. Our logo and other branding materials were outdated.

They were recommended to us by our colleague.

They sent me a brief. I explained in detail what is needed. Especially, I need logo updates, fonts, corporate merch and other minor things.

The cooperation was done through their COO. I was not communicating with other team members.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Except those things that were requested, they provided a small bonus on top of everything. Actually, they did more than needed, so we were pleased to see all the outcomes.

The deadline was strict and they didn’t miss it. The entire project was managed efficiently.

The ability to think out of the boundaries.
