1. Project Objective
The objective of this project was to design, build, test, and deliver a fully functional NFC (Near Field Communication) solution, enabling OneFor wallet customers to perform seamless contactless payments through their mobile devices. The solution had to be compliant with scheme requirements (Mastercard), security standards, and regulatory obligations, while ensuring a smooth integration with OneFor’s existing digital banking and card infrastructure.

 
2. Scope of Work
2.1 Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Defined functional and non-functional requirements for NFC payments.
Collected compliance, scheme, and security standards (PCI DSS, MDES tokenization, etc.).
Mapped customer journey for in-store and in-app contactless transactions.
2.2 Solution Design
Designed architecture for NFC/contactless payment integration within the OneFor wallet.
Defined API specifications, integration points with OneFor backend, and communication with processor (BPC SmartVista).
Included tokenization and credential provisioning workflows for Mastercard.
2.3 Development & Integration
Integrated NFC payment module into OneFor’s mobile wallet (Android).
Implemented secure element / HCE (Host Card Emulation) functionality.
Integrated token lifecycle management with processor and Mastercard.
2.4 Testing & Certification
Executed functional testing (in-store, in-app).
Assited with Mastercard scheme certification for contactless readiness.

The entire workflow for filling out, validating, and approving timesheets was fully automated — from worker input to client confirmation and manager approval.

As a result: 

delays in final payroll processing were significantly reduced, with the system calculating payments and bonuses automatically. 
The back office now spends far less time reconciling and checking data — all inputs are pre-approved and structured.
The company can now handle a larger volume of workers and working hours without growing the administrative team.
Both employees and managers gained full transparency into hours, bonus calculations, and approval status via the mobile app and web dashboards.
