QA Observations: The initial QA process focused primarily on happy path scenarios. Some edge cases (e.g., BLE disconnects during app backgrounding or switching devices mid-session) were missed in early rounds of testing.

Suggestion: Expanding test cases to include more hardware edge cases and stress testing early in the cycle would reduce last-minute debugging and improve user confidence.

The project started in April 2025 and is ongoing. It will continue until September 2025. After the development phase, there will be a separate yearly contract for ongoing development and support.

Before the start of the project, phase-wise deliverables were identified and aligned. These include the user management module, teacher management module, student management module, and inquiry management module, among others. The success of these modules is measured by their UI, flexibility to customer requests, and user testing.

Keshav Infotech responds on time and is quite flexible. They attend weekly review calls, and a tracking sheet is maintained for transparency on progress. We communicate via Fiverr chat and Zoom.

Spope of work was to create, in essence two Mobile Apps, which were to be uploaded to various different platforms. From designing of the UI and creating a UX from nothing more than some ideas. Tackling loads of difficulties in coding, but overcoming every situation swiftly and effectively. 

Design team helped with complimenting designs, colours and feel with in a matter of hours. 

This teams communication, breakdown in timesheet format, price and experience has overwhelmed me.

I will continue with them in the future with more work definitely. Took me 4 years to find a trusted company after multiple let downs.

We are now live on App Store after reworking everything from scratch, after 10 months.
