I am the General Manager at Tiffin Box. Tiffin Box is a Food Delivery service aiming to connect customers with nearby home-based and commercial restaurants from where they can order meal of their choice and Tiffin Box can arrange delivery of this meal through third party riders

For what projects/services did your company hire Kaspar Consulting Services, and what were your goals?

Tiffin Box has an android app which was lacking many basic features such Geolocation based presence of restaurant, search and sort options, rating of food and restaurants. Furthermore the app was built on Native Android and iOS application was not present for the company

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Tiffin Box Chose Kaspar Consulting Services for revamping and upgrading its app and related backend systems as they had the required resources to cater for both front end and backend services and price was well within our budget

Following deliverables were decided at the start of project:

• Android and iOS App for Customer
• Android App for riders
• Android and iOS App for Partners
• Website revamping
• Backend Dashboard Upgrade.

All the deliverables were successfully delivered.

There were 5 people on the core team, including:

• Product Owner
• Project Manager
• 2 X Mobile Apps Developer
• PHP Developer

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to successfully upgrade the complete system of apps and related backend systems. Kaspar gave us good services for requirements clarification and many of the Change requests were also well incorporated in the development cycle

Azure DevOps was used by Kaspar for managing the sprint plans during development and minimal project over runs were observed

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their requirements gathering is very focused and involved. Furthermore they kept us in loop with the development and any amendments were made timely.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

PHP was used as the backend technology as this was the technology used in earlier version of Tiffin Box, however upgrade to Python was suggested later in the development which could have been suggested in an earlier phase
