Please describe your company and your position there.

We are one of biggest Croatian wholesellers of promotional gifts. We are also present in other EU countries with our products. I am CEO and owner of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kala Presence?

After creation of our new website we wanted a professional and trustworthy partner to provide valuable service of re-positioning us on top of google search results. We also wanted to have google campaigns done from content creation to tweaking the best parameters for our products and market.

What were your goals for this project?

To have certain product groups from our big assortment positioned in top 3 search results. We wanted the text contect of our website to also be written in such a way to attract customers and provide easy to understand benefits we can provide to our customers. Our google advert campaigns needed to be targeted at specific products in our assortment to maximise our exposure and minimize the costs involved.

How did you select this vendor?

We had experience with several other agencies and also with doing the campaigns ourselves, we met them at a business networking event. From the start we liked their professional and easy to understand approach and also clearly set goals and costs.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We started with several meetings where we explained to them what we want to achieve and also what are the mistakes we did in the past and what kind of customers we want or do not want to attract.

They have proposed several different ideas of content and campaigns, we gave them feedback and with that feedback they did needed revisions and final proposal which was great. Afterwards in regular intervals they would suggest needed updates or changes which we would agree on or modify.

What was the team composition?

I have worked with about 4 people fropm the company, CEO to content creator, campaign manager and supporting staff.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In several months we have managed to have a lot of our products positioned in top 3 google search results. Visits to our webpage are several times bigger than when we started our cooperation. Our budget was not overstepped.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Quick replies, easy to talk to, our requests were well taken care off, if we asked for something that is not wise to do they gave us explanation and suggestion how to do it properly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have great international experience from different markets and invest a lot in their own education. Therefore they use newest tools and follow best trends in online advertising and community management.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are very happy with cooperating with them and will expand services they provide us with.

I’m the marketing manager in a mobile and web development agency based in Croatia. Our company has more than 40 employees and we provide web and mobile apps to clients from all around the world, including Kuwait, Australia, Great Britain, USA, Germany and so on.

We were looking for a reliable digital marketing agency to provide us with high-quality SEO services. We were already hired once for a project by Kala Presence, so we didn’t have to look far to find great SEO service providers.

Our goals were to expand our organic reach as much as possible through search engine optimization.

We filtered a list of digital marketing agencies which were qualified for the project and Kala Presence came out as the winner considering the quality of their service and the delivery time.

We gave them our goals and they guided us through every step of it. We have one person who is our call to and we can ask him whatever we need to. We have had old name of the company and also the old name of the website, so that was our main challenge how to avoid bad ratings overall. Kala Presence played a vital role here and helped us through this migration and mostly saved our ratings on Google!

What was the team composition?

We have two people who are our go-to-people - SEO specialist and content specialist who have helped us a lot! They are professional, right to point and very helpful! Sometimes, we have a call or meeting with the CEO where we talk about future plans for our cooperation.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were mainly focused on optimizing our 2 most important money pages. We wanted to optimize our content and move along from the 50th position on Google. After editing content, great keyword research and fresh content, we moved up for 10 places! We're thrilled with this result and continuously working on moving more. Traffic to our site increased overall. There has been a lot more engagement with blog posts which resulted in an increase in our social media followers!

Outside our monthly meetings, when we need them, they are here with a lot of ideas and suggestions for our business.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were entirely dedicated to our business and provided us with accurate feedback. Throughout the implementation of SEO, they contributed original ideas to improve our SEO ranking in the best possible way. They were extremely friendly and provided us with everything we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, not that I know of. I hope they continue their great work.

We produce a gel product for running and fitness-dedicated people. The company started in Croatia, but we ship worldwide now.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kala Presence?

We asked them for a website and ad creation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our team had just ended a relationship with another company that did not provide us with what we wanted from our website. We wanted the site to attract fitness lovers. With them, we examined our competitors’ sites and determined that we wanted something that resembles their platforms while differentiating us. That helped us provide a basic idea of what we wanted. 

The site also needed a webshop that contained calls to action and reviews. The advertisements had to be connected to the appropriate landing pages, so it was important that they were up to date with digital marketing and SEO. By taking on ads and SEO, they’re responsible for directing all kinds of traffic to our site. They were able to handle site development, PPC, and SEO to our team. 

We’re not webmasters, so for landing page design, we gave them general requirements and let them do their thing. From there, we just confirmed and approved it.

We had an account manager that was assigned to us.

How did you come to work with Kala Presence?

We went online to search for agencies with a list of preferences. A friend recommended their company to us, and they were already on our list of top providers. So, we through it would be best to see what they had to offer.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent slightly more than $10,000 on their services to this point.

What is the status of this engagement?

The website development lasted from February–March 2019. We started with SEO and PPC work after that, and our teams still have an ongoing relationship.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They exceeded our expectations, far outshining previous agencies we’ve worked with. We receive monthly reports from them, and our traffic is constantly growing. Overall, we’re doing much better from a traffic and conversions standpoint. The increased demand for our product is definitely connected to our PPC and SEO efforts.  

How did Kala Presence perform from a project management standpoint?

It was easy to communicate through our account manager. We could tell that there was a clear communication structure on their team. Communicating with the account manager gave us the same results as communicating directly with their team.

Our team really enjoyed collaborating with them. They always reached out to us to make sure that we didn’t have any questions or concerns with quality. Their team was great at forecasting issues and estimating a schedule. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The company is easy to work with and performs at an expert level. They went over the top in their efforts for us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had no issues with them whatsoever. They exceeded our expectations on everything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You don’t need to be at all skeptical about the capabilities of this agency. They can take care of themselves.
