What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Throughout our collaboration Kadasolutions always demonstrated their progress in weekly sprint review meetings. They were able to meet and exceed all our requirements and expectations and have delivered Front & Backend solutions that work and scale.

Since the beginning of our collaboration the entire Kadasolutions team always acted in a very professional manner. Therfore, the collaboration with the Kadasolutions team is efficient, flexible and it is generally a pleasure to work with them. They deliver items on time and are quick in fixing issues that might arise during the process . Also, they are able to execute and deliver at a great speed. They responded to all our needs thus far.

Kadasolutions was chosen for the technical relaunch of helveticcare.ch. Besides improving the overall performance of helveticcare.ch, the increase of technical flexibility as well as improvements from a User perspective were put into focus.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Kadasolutions regularly demonstrated progress of their work in bi-weekly meetings and adjustments were executed in a fast and very professional manner. The roadmap was always clearly structured and communicated in advance which facilitated the overall project management. All milestones were successfully reached!

During the whole project Kadasolutions always acted in a very professional manner. Working packages, roadmap and deliveries were clearly communicated in advance and successfuly delivered on time. Kadasolutions did always manage to understand our needs, develop suitable solutions within budget and deliver them at very high speed.

Besides working very professionally, kadasolutions excelled at understanding customer needs and clearly putting them in front of their own interests. Based on the first meeting, we verbally explained what the application must show in order for it to work. For the second time, we discussed the graphics, how the data should be displayed. For the third time, we discussed the functions of the application. For the fourth time, the sensors, router, server and the application were fine-tuned.

The work went very well, they completed everything on time and, if necessary, corrected errors in time, of which there were very few.

In the beginning we discussed the ideas then created a plan together. They help us to clarify your ideas. They offer us some UI plans and we felt the owner mentality about the project from them. It was awesome.

We didn't have any bug or malfunction about the app. Our users were so happy when they used the app, and we got some new annual customers.
