Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner and Lead Consultant of an online company who provides consultations and support for new parents. We help new parents navigate the first year of life with their baby by providing individualized support and education.

For what projects/services did your company hire Juuced Marketing?

We were a new company that was intending to provide all our services online. We needed a strong, online presence that would be easy for new parents to navigate and access services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for web designers across the United States using a variety of platforms. After reviewing 6 proposals, we chose Juuced Marketing because of their affordable price, their design portfolio and personable team.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After an initial meeting to review the goals and the ideal feel of the website, Juuced Marketing developed a sample of their initial design for our website. This initial design clearly lined up with our objectives and branding. Juuced Marketing then finalized the design and provided an offline version for us to experiment with and explore. We were able to provide feedback and suggestions and every suggestion was followed through in a timely manner.

We worked with James, the lead at Juuced Marketing, for each step of the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website design is a beautiful representation of our company. It effortlessly syncs with our HIPAA-compliant software. The website is easy to use and navigate for new parents who have limited time. We frequently hear positive feedback about the design and practicality of the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

James was easy to work and communicate with and provided frequent updates and samples along the way. Communication was done either via e-mail or video. The website was completed ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am most impressed with the website design and how user-friendly the final product is for parents of all ages. I appreciated how patient and responsive Juuced Marketing was throughout the process of the initial design but also as they continue to maintain and update our website as needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, we were pleased with every step along the way.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the owner of a junk removal company. We provide junk removal and clean-out services and we also do trash routes in the greater Boston area. We have five trucks and 6–7 employees that go out every day and clean up people’s houses or take away their unwanted items. We also have a regular trash route that we do on a consistent basis.

What challenge were you trying to address with Juuced Marketing?

We were looking for someone to provide SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services as well as a website redesign.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Juuced Marketing has done a variety of SEO work for us. They provided digital marketing services including retargeting and display ads, Facebook posts, and email marketing. They also did a video that we use in our marketing. Juuced Marketing also redesigned and recreated our website.

We created a plan for increasing our website traffic via SEO. When website traffic increased, we increased the budget because I got extra business from it. Later on, we wanted to do Facebook ads and more display ads and they helped create those as well.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Phil (Design, SEO & Creative Development) who is in charge of the SEO work, and James (Design, SEO & Advertising) who deals with email marketing, display ads, retargeting, and creating the video.

How did you come to work with Juuced Marketing?

I was introduced to them through a networking group that I was involved in. Phil was in my group and I saw what he was doing and the incredible results. I got recommendations for the, from a few people from my networking group. I decided to work with them because I wasn’t happy with the current vendor I was working with at that time.

How much have you invested with them?

To date, I’ve spent around $25,000–$30,000.
 
What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Juuce Marketing in February 2010 and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Juuced Marketing sends us detailed Google Analytics report that show us where our web traffic comes from. I can see the numbers increasing and I can also see the quote requests on the website increasing as well.

How did Juuced Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They promptly meet deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Juuced Marketing is very honest and direct about what they can do. They aren’t trying to sell me exaggerated goals, unlike other companies that promise you the world but couldn’t deliver. I appreciated that approach to doing business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If Juuced Marketing tracked results a little bit closer, we might have changed strategies earlier.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to trust their expertise because they truly know how to work in their field and work the system and track the results.

I’m the owner of a construction company that does window siding, roofing, for both residential and commercial properties.

We hired them to do our website and our SEO work. They’ve also given a lot of really good advice on marketing techniques and how to promote our business.

They developed our website from the ground up. For marketing, they use Google Ads, and they’ve also developed a new logo for us.

I’ve known Phil (Design, SEO & Creative Development Lead) for 7–8 years. He had done my website and SEO in the past. Once he and James (Managing Director) formed a partnership, I continued to work with him.

We started working in Q4 of 2018, and our work is ongoing.

I’ve had a lot of positive feedback about our website from different people. Our leads account has also gone up a lot. Overall, our business has increased working with them.

The team is very responsive and creative.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, for my needs, since we’re a smaller company, they’re doing a good job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s important to listen to what they have to say. A lot of people aren’t’ aware of modern technology that digital marketing is all about. You have to take their advice in a lot of respects and try not to come into the partnership with pre-conceived notions. Things take time, and once you let them do their job, they’ll do well.
