From day one, we made sure JPLoft understood what GO2 Delivery stands for—efficiency, reliability, and speed. After explaining our processes, they came back with wireframes for the app. The initial designs were good, but we went through several revisions to align them with the specifics of our industry. Once we finalized the wireframes, they started on the app screens.  

We worked closely with their team to refine the look and feel of the screens, and they were super responsive to feedback and brought in some solid ideas of their own. While their developers got to work, we noticed how clean their code was; even though there were a few bugs, those got resolved pretty fast. By the time we hit our launch date, we had a functional, user-friendly app with all the key features we’d envisioned.

Once we launched the app, we rolled it out to our drivers and customers. The response was overwhelmingly positive. After a bit of back and forth over 2–3 days, we locked in the final design. Their design team was incredibly efficient and created sleek, user-friendly screens that matched exactly what we needed.

It felt like they were covering all the bases really efficiently.

The app’s now ready for release! We’re gearing up for a big marketing push and are really excited to bring in our first batch of users soon. This was a major milestone for us, and it feels great to finally be at this stage.
