As a growing professional services firm, we needed a scalable, integrated ERP system that could automate key finance processes, connect with Salesforce, and support Power BI reporting without relying on any one person's knowledge to keep it running.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through JourneyTeam's fixed-fee, guided implementation program (Sherpa). The team provided hands-on training workshops to help us understand how Business Central is structured and how the pieces connect so we could lead the setup ourselves, with a Microsoft partner guiding us. JourneyTeam also handled some technical configuration, including setting up the Business Central environment.
