I’m the founder and president of a nonprofit organization that designs and creates products and merchandise to bring awareness to endangered species, wildlife, and habitats. They’re very organized. In the beginning, we could email any questions or suggestions to Jocelyn, and she’d relay them back to the team. Now, we can directly communicate with any of the team members. Each person has their own expertise, so we work with each one to sort out a better strategy.

We initially used email, but last week they started using Basecamp. We have constant communication, and they’re really easy to work with. The team always listens to what we say and incorporates everything we want.
