JMS has been assigned to create a CRM system to track and contact customers when their orders/Repairs are ready, we have worked closley toghter in order to make sure, this includes sending the customers a notification through WhatsApp when a staff member marks each step of the process as completed to let the customers know what stage the order has reached.
JMS has created a Web based solution for us, including permission roles. This allows us to assign certain tasks to each member of the team. They can all access the order and see what stage it has reached, but only a few have key permissions allowing them to edit or mark it as completed. Our work with them has been smooth, and we highly recommend them to others. Their prices are very reasonable, and they pay full attention to detail.
