We asked Jacsomedia to redesign our brand, so that it leaves a positive memorable experience when compared to our competitors that time. Also, we asked them for graphics, and our new logo. Additionally, we asked them to create fun and short videos that we can use in our ad campaigns.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since working with Jacsomedia, we see good visitor-to-customer conversion rates. Also, customer interviews tell us that the logo and the branding was a differentiating factor that helped them remember ConfigCat whem comparing it to other solutions.

For each projects, we had a larger kick-off meeting, where they learned our goals. In a few dyas, they presented us with a few low-fidelity options, which we could pick the best direction from. After that, we have been working together in a couple of review cycles, alltogether lasting for a couple of weeks, before we got the final design materials and videos.
