Working with JKD has been great and lifechanging!
We joined them a bit more than a year ago without any clarity, fulfillment processes and sales processes at all!
The engagement we have revolved at the beginning around solving the biggest bottlenecks of booking more calls, then we transitioned to fix the fulfilment for our clients and then sales coaching and support so we could get more clients.
In the first step, Josh, personally and his team helped us with building the processes automation and offer systems so that we clearly can target our niche with a message that genuinely resonates with our market. 
It involed niche research, offer and copywriting principles playbooks and JKD's team ACTUALLY building the offer and copywriting for us as well as technical support and guidance to setup all of the automation so I could save myself time and get faster and better results (booked more calls)
Then, we hit another problem that we couldn't fulfill for clients. Josh's go-to-market engineering team and customer success reps helped us with managing our client's processes, dashboards + the way they manage their clients and community taught me personally a lot of principles that we use now to keep our clients happy and deliver the BEST results.
Lastly, after getting more clients and fixing fulfillment, the problem I faced was that we were booking a lot of calls (80+ per month) but not closing that many deals.
JKD helped with personal 1-1 coaching for sales + improving scripts and fundamentals of how to sell and HELP our clients. 
We continue to work with them to this day and this WAS the BEST investment that I HAVE MADE as an entrepreneur so far.

JKD Agency's work has resulted in an increase in the number of meetings and sales. Before working with them, I had 25 sales calls and made no sales. After two sessions with JKD Agency, I had two sales calls and made two sales. Currently, I have around 2–3 meetings per week and four clients.Moreover, I've noticed ongoing improvements in my meeting and sales numbers, as well as in my clients' accounts. JKD Agency's work has helped me massively with my sales skills.

I’m Luca, founder of Compound Scaling. We’re a cold email agency and we book qualified sales calls for B2B companies, mostly consulting, IT, recruiting and finance. When I started working with Josh I was literally at zero. No clients, no real offer and honestly no idea how to run an agency. Back then I was doing ghostwriting and it just wasnt working the way I wanted. I needed someone who had already done it to show me how to build an offer people actually pay for and how to get clients consistently, instead of guessing every week and hoping something sticks.

Basically everything. Josh helped me build my offer from scratch, and when I decided to move away from ghostwriting, he helped me rebrand into cold email and reposition the whole business. After that we worked on sales (how I run my calls and close), marketing and outbound so I always have appointments coming in, and all the backend stuff like fulfillment and systems. It felt like having someone build the business with me step by step.

Really good. Josh always knew what the next step was so I never felt lost. Whenever I got stuck he answered fast and was super direct, no fluff. Every call was productive and I always left with clear things to implement.

Before working with JKD Agency, we did not have a system nor did we have the knowledge to setup and deliver a cold email leads generation system. Nor did we have the experience to deliver a solid sales system. Since working with JKD Agency we have implemented and launched a cold email leads system, had replied and are currently working on setting meetings and closing sales. Throughout this process we have had a dedicated coach to answer our questions and help tweak and launch the campaign.

Understanding upfront the additional software and other costs would be helpful. It came as a suprise to me there would be upwards of a few thousand dollars in additional investment. While these are all assets outside of JKD Agency's control, understanding the total cost scope would be been appreciated.

We needed help learning how to book more sales calls so that we could hop on the phone with more decision-makers. At the time, we were booking around 5–8 appointments per month, and our goal was to get that monthly goal to a weekly goal. This laser-focused process increases our conversation rates by getting granular with how we follow up.Additionally, we have software that automates the lead generation process. We had a $20,000 month in the third month of working with JKD Agency. Since then, we’ve done over $200,000 in revenue from the initial investment. We recently signed nine clients in one month, generating an account receivable of $74,500. This is our best month in business, and it keeps growing.Out of 27 sales calls, we’ve closed nine of them, which is 30% because of the training JKD Agency has given us. Our appointment booking rate has improved by 10% year-over-year.We’ve also noticed changes in our lead generation efficiency and time spent on manual tasks.
