• By 2018, ArtSup's original website had been in use for many years. While it had served the business well, it no longer reflected the quality of our brand or met the expectations of modern online shoppers. Instead of having to start over with a new website every few years, we've been able to build on a solid foundation, making improvements over time while continuing to get great value from the original investment.

Ken and the Jimmyweb team had built the first Epic Private Journeys website many months ago. It was a very positive experience and the site had served us well, but as the business had grown, going to more destinations and with a vast catalogue of new images and content from our side, it was time to freshen things up a couple of years ago.

Working with Ken and his wonderful team, was a truly delightful and rewarding experience. The elegant, easy to navigate design of our new site is a standout and draws fantastic feedback. It leans heavily into our photographic and video content, a growing part of the service we offer Epic guests. Over the past 12 months, other tourism websites have been losing traffic due to AI overviews, while our site has seen marginal growth of around 5%.
