1. Creative Direction & Custom Design: Designing an entirely new, contemporary visual theme focused on simplicity, visual storytelling, and high emotional engagement. This included implementing a balanced system of typography, generous whitespace, and a restrained color palette to preserve an exclusive, premium aesthetic.

Ken and the Jimmyweb team had built the first Epic Private Journeys website many months ago. It was a very positive experience and the site had served us well, but as the business had grown, going to more destinations and with a vast catalogue of new images and content from our side, it was time to freshen things up a couple of years ago.

Working with Ken and his wonderful team, was a truly delightful and rewarding experience. The elegant, easy to navigate design of our new site is a standout and draws fantastic feedback. It leans heavily into our photographic and video content, a growing part of the service we offer Epic guests. What impressed me most about the team was their direct and collaborative approach. From our very first meeting, I worked closely with the designer, who took the time to understand my goals, business, and vision for the website. Rather than handing the project over to different people, the same designer remained involved throughout the entire process and also acted as the project manager.

Having a single point of contact meant communication was straightforward, decisions were made quickly, and any questions or changes were addressed without the delays that can come from multiple layers of management.

I first met the Jimmyweb team in 2015 when I engaged them for a few small, ad hoc website improvements.

Our Google Analytics shows that the number of visitors to the website has increased a lot since the new site was launched, thanks to the fully functional, modern, and responsive website that Jiyweb has delivered. Over the past 12 months, other tourism websites have been losing traffic due to AI overviews, while our site has seen marginal growth of around 5%. We’ve noticed an increase in our affiliate bookings via our site, with hotel bookings increasing by 5% and tour bookings increasing by 3%.
