We tried to account for everything in our ux flows, and the team built everything based on our instructions, though we should have been consulted on certain elements that were not explicitly written out in our material. Instead, the team made some assumptions that we had to correct afterwards. Might have been more efficient to discuss before coding.

The project was delivered on time even when the scope and extent of what we needed to build were constantly changing.

They were very responsive on Slack. We had a recurring virtual meeting where different point people on their end would check in with us and make sure things were moving smoothly. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion, and the team was very responsive and flexible, which helped us get to the goal.

The speed and polish of deliverables. The team was able to build an app that followed our design specs with attention to detail and craft. They also built the app quickly and efficiently.

I serve as Director of Strategic Growth for Seamless Capital Access. We are a fintech-driven online marketplace that provides working capital solutions to the underserved small and mid-size businesses nationwide.

The ability for Jetrockets to adapt and adjust with respect to functionality and improving processes as we encountered challenges made it a pleasure to work with them

Our core team consisted of interfacing with 2 members of Jetrockets. Additionally, there were several tech members working tirelessly to ensure the rollout was a smooth and successful transition.

During the last several months, the platform underwent both product and process changes. Jetrockets’ ability to multitask and provide solutions to ensure our product delivery was invaluable to getting our launch project completed.

Communication occurred via email, telephone, and weekly zoom meetings with the project managers.

We were most impressed by their ability to handle adjustments that came unexpectedly. As stated earlier, we had to revamp some of our core product offerings, and they were adept at making the necessary adjustments to ensure we did not suffer any delays due to product changes.

We were extremely pleased with the overall experience with Jetrockets. We don’t have any major or material suggestions for areas needing improvement.

It's too soon to have any demonstrable impact, as the site is only going live next week.

Initially, we were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. I only spoke with that person but I was made aware that there were 1 frontend and 2 backend developers as well as a quality assurance resource working behind the scenes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product is still in progress so it's hard to say. Everything works great though.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager assigned to us was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We connected via the Skype at least once a week and used Slack for other communications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have exceeded our expectations and we appreciate that they were patient, understanding, and helpful while our project was in development.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was terrific, but there’s obviously no limit to perfection.
