I'm a serial startup founder in the IT [Information Technology] industry and used to focus primarily on product/development issues in my companies. Relevant to JetRockets, there are two interconnected companies: MillionAgents.com, which provides crowdsourcing data collection solutions for the retail industry, and FORapp.ru, which provides SaaS [Software-as-a-Service] in the same area.

After a year or so of in-house development, we realized that we needed to enrich our team with additional expertise.

Our goals were to meet our deadlines on the way, to audit the tactical software engineering solutions we've made, and enhance bottlenecks.

Usually skeptical about outsourcing, I was advised by my business partner to approach and try JetRockets since they did a brilliant job for the IT side of his recent company. I met them in person and decided to give them a trial project. I was quite surprised!

JetRockets joined our team of 6 developers to deliver the road-mapped features and refactor the bottlenecks.

We had two people from JetRockets working on our project full time, with Igor [Partner, JetRockets] overseeing the process and supporting complicated issues.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Product development is not a project, but a process. During the timeframe in which they were involved, we were satisfied with their work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was unusually good compared to my previous outsourcing experience. The team was online and Igor was ready to get involved in any issue regarding technical problems or communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We worked with them when they were a rather small boutique-like company, so we had enough of the founder's attention to control each aspect. I hope they can still sustain this commitment to clients' needs and to quality delivery today.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't name any serious flaws in our cooperation.

JetRockets has helped us build an entire web-based application and AI features from the ground up. The team has also worked on email automation and integrations. JetRockets has provided design, product management, and development services. The AI features include generative AI reflection with historical features and an AI-guided onboarding experience.

I found them through my personal network. I chose them over other options because their CEO is based in New York and is a rock star.

We started working with them in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

JetRockets has launched the product, and it’s successfully used by paying customers. Users have given us positive feedback, saying the product is beautiful and functional.

The level of communication was spot-on and they have that rare ability to take initiative with perfect perception. Their insights and input along the way allowed us to quickly produce an MVP that we never imagined getting up and running in mere months. We tried to account for everything in our ux flows, and the team built everything based on our instructions, though we should have been consulted on certain elements that were not explicitly written out in our material. Instead, the team made some assumptions that we had to correct afterwards. Might have been more efficient to discuss before coding.

The project was delivered on time even when the scope and extent of what we needed to build were constantly changing.

They were very responsive on Slack. We had a recurring virtual meeting where different point people on their end would check in with us and make sure things were moving smoothly. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion, and the team was very responsive and flexible, which helped us get to the goal.

The speed and polish of deliverables. The team was able to build an app that followed our design specs with attention to detail and craft. They also built the app quickly and efficiently.

The ability for Jetrockets to adapt and adjust with respect to functionality and improving processes as we encountered challenges made it a pleasure to work with them

Our core team consisted of interfacing with 2 members of Jetrockets. Additionally, there were several tech members working tirelessly to ensure the rollout was a smooth and successful transition.

During the last several months, the platform underwent both product and process changes. Jetrockets’ ability to multitask and provide solutions to ensure our product delivery was invaluable to getting our launch project completed.

Communication occurred via email, telephone, and weekly zoom meetings with the project managers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were most impressed by their ability to handle adjustments that came unexpectedly. As stated earlier, we had to revamp some of our core product offerings, and they were adept at making the necessary adjustments to ensure we did not suffer any delays due to product changes.

We were extremely pleased with the overall experience with Jetrockets. We don’t have any major or material suggestions for areas needing improvement.

JetRockets provided a full set of services associated with building a website, from design and artwork to coding. They also made an interactive animation that we envisioned.

We had a stable and competent team working with us, including a project manager, graphic designer/artist, and a web interface developer.

It's too soon to have any demonstrable impact, as the site is only going live next week.

Initially, we were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. I only spoke with that person but I was made aware that there were 1 frontend and 2 backend developers as well as a quality assurance resource working behind the scenes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product is still in progress so it's hard to say. Everything works great though.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager assigned to us was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We connected via the Skype at least once a week and used Slack for other communications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have exceeded our expectations and we appreciate that they were patient, understanding, and helpful while our project was in development.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was terrific, but there’s obviously no limit to perfection.
