I wanted my website to look better and get more traffic, so I hired Jeanette Johnson Art & Design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They worked on the design of my website. I already had a site, and they improved it. They also designed a new logo and other branding assets.

I worked with Jeanette (Owner).

How did you come to work with Jeanette Johnson Art & Design?

I found them through a web search. I searched for a web designer in my area, and their company came up.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent around $1,200–$1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Jeanette Johnson Art & Design only finished the website about a week ago, so I don’t have any statistics; however, I can say it looks amazing. She did a really good job with the site, and she is easy to work with.

How did Jeanette Johnson Art & Design perform from a project management standpoint?

She is excellent with project management. We communicate through email, texts, and calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

She did a really good job on the branding — I think that’s the highlight of our work together.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback.

I was Chamber President for the City of Wisner for about 3 years. During this time us officers decided we needed an updated logo & website so people could search & find things out about the businesses and services offered in Wisner.

We wanted a logo & website that best fit our town.

How did you select Jeanette Johnson Art & Design?

She was local to the area & had completed a previous project for another group here in Wisner and they were happy with her work.

We gave her some ideas of what we wanted within our website & what we were thinking for our logo. She was very easy to work with & completed our project in a timely manner

Myself & two other members of the Chamber

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Wisner Community Development loved our Chamber Logo so much that they asked if they could use or Chamber Logo but change it so that it was for Wisner Community Development.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Good. I was always able to get ahold of Jeannette if we had a question or suggestion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

She was very easy to work with and had really great ideas for our project. We didn't have any real ideas or designs for our project but she was able to create a couple ideas for us.
