The scope of work included:

Website Development:
A fully responsive, bilingual (Arabic & English) website was developed using a modern content management system (CMS). It included dynamic pages for courses, admissions, news, and contact forms integrated with internal systems.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
iVega conducted in-depth keyword research, implemented technical SEO enhancements, optimized content and meta tags, improved site speed, and built backlinks to increase the academy’s online visibility.

Cybersecurity Services:

Overall, we were very satisfied with iVega’s work. The only minor area for improvement would be to establish clearer design alignment early in the project, especially during the wireframing phase.

While the team quickly adapted to feedback and delivered excellent results, having more structured design checkpoints from the start could have streamlined the revision process.

That said, their flexibility and responsiveness more than made up for it, and it didn’t impact the final outcome.

• Tarsheed initiates the promotion of sustainable learning environments through a series of projects that address the needs of the Qatari educational community in particular, and the Arab community in general, while also responding to the needs of Arab teachers through continuous dialogue with them and a thorough understanding of their needs, to increase the effectiveness of the projects' services and ensure their sustainability.
• Tarsheed supports initiatives that carry a clear message of integrating best educational practices, viewing the combination of theoretical knowledge and daily practice as two essential elements of work. It also provides technical support to initiatives and organizations that contribute to the implementation of Qatar’s National Vision 2030.

As an initiative of the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies (ACRPS), Tarsheed required a digital partner capable of translating complex educational goals into intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences.

While iVega delivered high-quality work and demonstrated strong alignment with Tarsheed’s vision, one area for potential improvement is proactive communication during early development phases. At times, we found that more frequent check-ins or shared documentation in the conceptual stages would have helped clarify evolving needs and avoid minor revisions later on.

Additionally, given the fluid nature of educational projects, incorporating more flexible design iterations into the timeline  especially when user feedback is involved  could enhance adaptability.

That said, iVega was always open to feedback and quick to respond, which helped mitigate these challenges as the project progressed. Their responsiveness and willingness to adjust remain strong assets.
