Since the design of the project was already completed by the previous team, I have only hired one experienced React-Native developer to help me complete an application within the deadline.

I consider a single outcome above all others that is, I could deliver the project within the deadline as promised and didn't receive a single bug request post-release.

"Project management was excellent. They have assigned the most senior person of the team on this project who was the point of contact for me as well as doing development on my project. I was providing them clear instructions and set the deadline before starting a task and they were completing almost every task in the deadline."

Their adaptability to understand and work on an unfinished project was impressive, and they delivered it to the client as per expectations. These qualities have won my respect.

I believe 4 weeks is a very short time to judge a team. Having said that, though it was a very short time, I have found it good to work with iTreeni and the team.

Once the estimation and time frame approved, they have divided the project into three milestones and started developing HTML and provided a few variants of responsive HTML design. Once I approved the design, he started developing features as instructed.

We have heard of them from one of our references. They have developed a website for him and performed well. From his experience, we thought of giving a try and sign a small duration contract to experience their development services ourselves. They performed well in the trial period and then have signed a full-fledged contract with them.

The project was too big and we have hired them to complete some of the core features of the product. The main goal of the project is to create a web portal which allows non-technical website owners to create/manage/restore back-ups of site and database to ensure recovery in a disaster situation.

I am very happy about the outcome and the performance of iTreeni's boys. They were completing tasks on-time most of the time, always available for task discussion and team meetings though we are working in a different timezone than theirs.

Well, we have only hired 2 Full-stack developers from iTreeni of whom they have given us full access. Project manager from our team was communicating the requirement to the developers and working with them in Agile. Developers were really up for the challenge. They were completing the tasks most of the time and would be available on weekends as well if we need them to fix production bugs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were available after business hours to discuss project requirements and show updates of assigned tasks, their enthusiasm and dedication to work on a single project with un-divided attention and their commitment to helping us achieve our goals.

Because we were working opposite timezone, it was difficult to catch them on short notice though they were always available and responded within 24 hours.

They also share their experience about the place they visited. This will help other tourists to plan their trip. "They had provided one Project manage for handling client communication, two Fullstack Drupal developers to take care of Responsive web design as well as Drupal development and one tester to ensure the quality of services. They have executed project in Agile, Prepared and documented all tasks in JIRA and divided them into number of sprints with 2 weeks of sprint time. When developers are done implemented one sprint's tasks, it was given to tester to test and log bugs which are included as a tasks in next sprint. This way, they have completed development and bug fixes simultaneously and complete project in given time."

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The one specific thing I liked the most about the company is its all-solutions-under-one-roof approach. After providing Wireframes, they have handled client and product delivery exceptionally. They have taken care of development and also helped in purchasing the domain and other hosting solutions to make the website live.

Our client wanted to design a system to sell tags online to uniquely identify a product. Once logged in, the user will have to choose an option for tag style, color, size, any customized text they want to include, Barcode type, Material quality, and quantity and place order.

On receiving a successful order, the order will be passed to their manufacturing department. Manufacturing dept will prepare the order and shipped to the specified address.

iTreeni has provided us the complete solution for this project. They have actively listened to the client's business idea, prepared a mock-ups and explained the system flow. Once the client was satisfied with system flow, they have started designing the system and come up with a professional design and then quickly started development. They had delivered the end product in quick time.

It is very difficult to find outsourcing partner on which you can completely rely for big sized projects and get one stop solution design/development/marketing at a single door. We were very lucky to have iTreeni as our development partner for this project. They have fulfilled every commitment they made and produce positive results.

It was very effective to work with an iTreeni team. Though our client was working in a different timezone, the iTreeni team have given us our comfort. They have adjusted their working time to facilitate our end client, were in touch with him till the last day of the project.

In total, we were a team of 4 people, out of which, 3 Laravel full-stack developers operating from the iTreeni office and one project manager from our office.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As all in the team were aware of Agile methodologies, it was easy to communicate with the client and distribute tasks to developers. The project manager was logging tasks into the JIRA and developers were taking tasks one-by-one, completed main features development and delivered a project to the client in a given time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

For this project, we have provided our project manager and only hired their development team to be focused on development tasks. Developers were aware of the Agile process and JIRA which helped us a lot. We were communicating with the client and logging requirements in JIRA. Developers were very smart to understand tasks from JIRA and complete as instructed in the given time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked their initial response. Though the project has some challenges which require intensive R&D, that had not to hold back iTreeni from providing a tentative timeframe and reasonable project cost. Also, the developer had worked exceptionally well on the coding front and completed the project in the given timeframe.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As I am also belonging to the same industry, I know for sure that there are very few companies who honor promises they make to the customers. iTreeni is one of them, they have delivered on every front that they have promised. I don't have any complaints about their service offerings.
