We have hired iTreeni for our company's main product built in Drupal 7. They have also helped set-up the same product with some changes for one of my premium clients.

What were your goals for this project?

This system was already built in Drupal. I have hired iTreeni to upgrade Drupal, PHP, and MySql. After the upgrade, I wanted to continue my development to implement some new features which will help me conduct Exams, Maintain Leaderboard, allow users to compare the result with other users in the network and likewise.

They have been executing projects for one of my colleagues. They have performed excellent for him and he was very impressed with their service offerings. That time I was also thinking of changing my current vendor and he referred me to iTreeni.

Project Description: - It is our company's main product. Through this product, we are giving online Sales training and guidance to improve interpersonal skills. A person needs to register and pay for the classes. we conduct classroom training and video sessions. At the end of the training, we conduct exams to evaluate the user's performance.

Services iTreeni has provided:- Before iTreeni, I have already hired a few companies to complete my product. I hired iTreeni for their EXCELLENT DRUPAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. I first wanted them to upgrade PHP, Drupal, MySql, and Apache version and fix migration bugs to maintain product and then I have created a set of tasks in JIRA which I wanted to complete to develop new features in a system which will automate training and evaluation process.

What was the team composition?

They have provided me one dedicate Drupal Certified Resource, on my request, who is responsible to work on only my project tasks. I have added tasks in JIRA and assigned priorities as well. That developer has worked on tasks as per priority and has completed tasks one by one. We have also set up a process of first testing tasks on the dev server and then push changes to production on every Friday.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

iTreeni has delivered on promises they made at the beginning. They have provided just a right Drupal resource who has quickly grasp product knowledge before working on the system.

After that, he has upgraded Drupal, PHP, MySql, and Apache version as instructed and then after completed features which I have divided into multiple tasks.

It was a very smooth transition throughout the project development life cycle. They were very professional and helped my complete system quickly yet with a fine finish.

In total, we were a team of 4 people, out of which, 3 Laravel full-stack developers operating from the iTreeni office and one project manager from our office.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As all in the team were aware of Agile methodologies, it was easy to communicate with the client and distribute tasks to developers. The project manager was logging tasks into the JIRA and developers were taking tasks one-by-one, completed main features development and delivered a project to the client in a given time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

For this project, we have provided our project manager and only hired their development team to be focused on development tasks. Developers were aware of the Agile process and JIRA which helped us a lot. We were communicating with the client and logging requirements in JIRA. Developers were very smart to understand tasks from JIRA and complete as instructed in the given time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked their initial response. Though the project has some challenges which require intensive R&D, that had not to hold back iTreeni from providing a tentative timeframe and reasonable project cost. Also, the developer had worked exceptionally well on the coding front and completed the project in the given timeframe.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As I am also belonging to the same industry, I know for sure that there are very few companies who honor promises they make to the customers. iTreeni is one of them, they have delivered on every front that they have promised. I don't have any complaints about their service offerings.
