I’m the president of Wellspring of Life Global Outreach, a faith initiative. We work with poor and vulnerable women and young people in communities. We have some outreaches that support them. We also support communities with food and materials.

What challenge were you trying to address with ITHEIR LTD?

We were trying to create awareness for what we do. We also wanted to promote engagement online.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ITHEIR LTD helped us design and develop a very functional and engaging website. They also supported us by helping with our weekly devotion and the design of the newsletter. They help us with putting together all sorts of material that we do. We have several organizations that they’ve helped with designing and developing websites to ensure they’re functional and engaging. They help us with content creation. 

The team also works with SEO on an e-commerce website. They created a payment platform for us where we can sell some things online to raise funds for the charity. Users can interact and there’s a prayer board where they can post a prayer need. We originally only had a blog, but now we have an interactive website and a place for videos. They also do the analytics for us and create content for our radio.

What is the team composition?

We work with Emma (CEO) and he has a team that works with him. We also work with 3-4 administrative people.

How did you come to work with ITHEIR LTD?

I met Emma about five years ago where he helped me with a commercial organization I was at. He handled a lot of our work in 2012 and I was quite impressed with his designs. At the point we started this organization three years ago, I got in touch with him.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2017 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been a very good journey with them. We get a lot more engagement and traffic on the website. The website links to our YouTube channel, our radio channel, etc. There’s a lot going on with the website and the SEO has really helped. Our Google rankings have also improved.

How did ITHEIR LTD perform from a project management standpoint?

They put forward very good work and exceed my expectations when it comes to deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The experience with them has been very good and there’s no one else I’d use. I always refer them to a number of organizations because they’re quite impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

In the area of design, there’s so much out there they can do. They could work on expanding.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a concept of what you want. If you’re able to communicate what you want, they can give you what you need very quickly.

I had met their CEO previously. I looked at their work and could see that they were really good.

So far, we’ve invested less than $5,000.

We started working together in January 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I got lots of compliments on the new logo that they designed. People really like the website and they always ask who designed it. 

How did ITHEIR LTD perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicate via WhatsApp. However, official documents are sent via email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very flexible. They’re willing to work with me over the weekend in order to meet urgent deadlines. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Right now, I don’t think so. 

What advice would you give to potential customers? 

Make sure to send all important documents over email so you can keep a record.

I’m the CEO of Africa Polling Institute. We are an independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan public opinion polling research think tank. We conduct surveys across sub-Saharan Africa.

We needed an agency to assist us in building a website and managing the content.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ITHEIR LTD. developed and designed the website, and implemented SEO. They helped us migrate to the Google platform for our emails. Currently, they manage the content of the site.

I work directly with Emma (Chairman & CEO). There are others working with us, and they interact with my colleagues.

How did you come to work with ITHEIR LTD.?

I worked with Emma when he was with a different company. I’ve followed his work over the years. They had the best proposal and concepts for this project out of the candidates we considered.

We spent more than $10,000.

Their design work is good, and we're happy with the way they manage our content. They are proactive and creative, making my work easier.

How did ITHEIR LTD. perform from a project management standpoint?

They are always accessible to us. We communicate primarily through email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They've done a great job. We like their use of infographics and they're creative in their translation of data into beautiful stories. I appreciate how they're always thinking and coming up with new ideas. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be more convenient if they accepted currency other than USD.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They are professional and know their job. Have a clear understanding of how they manage issues regarding time zone differences.
