While ITendo delivered excellent results and met our expectations, there is always room for growth. One area for potential improvement could be enhancing communication during critical project milestones to ensure even more alignment and anticipation of any challenges. However, their adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement give us confidence that they will keep refining their processes and exceed expectations in future projects.

I'm the CEO of a financial company in the automotive industry. We are present in Sweden and Finland.

For what projects/services did your company hire ITendo, and what were your goals?

We needed a deal processing platform to automate deals and processes. This included a user panel and an admin panel, used both internally by administrators and externally by customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found ITendo by recommendation. They had the experience and skill set we were looking for and they were fast to start producing and at the same time listening to our business needs.

The initial scope was to replace the old platform with an MVP, which later grew into a full-scale platform with a lot of automation and underlying logic. The project was done in PHP.

The team were 18 people at full capacity, serving all our development needs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We reduced handling time from half an hour to a few minutes, making us able to handle thousands of monthly deals without expanding our customer service team. At the same time, we reduced our credit risk by monitoring the lending in real-time.

We communicated through Skype, later moving to Slack, and tracked the project in Jira. We used various tools for planning, such as Figma, Miro, draw.io.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The understanding and adherence to our business needs. We were impressed by their ability to translate business problems into technical solutions in a UX-friendly way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Had we known the project would scale as it did, ITendo would have benefited from building more scalability from the beginning. This was largely an issue created by us as a customer, since we made decisions to postpone scalability to benefit short time to release.
