Itelence was selected to assist with Accounting outsourcing and IT helpdesk. Key deliverables included central call center for IT, multi-lingual, multi-time zone coverage across Europe and the U.S. Accounting processes included accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, internal audit, and month end closing process.
