Our technology partner, ITC Group, seamlessly transitioned from the previous provider, ensuring no disruption for our client. They worked closely with the client to foster agility and transparency in operations, establishing a flexible model with a mix of onshore and offshore team members. By digging deep to understand the core business and customer needs, ITC Group address the root cause of challenges, delivering tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and outcomes. Their collaborative approach ensured alignment with the client’s objectives every step of the way.

Their dedication to ensuring that every step is aligned with the client’s desired outcomes, combined with their collaborative approach, sets them apart. Are there any areas for improvement or something ITC Group could have done differently?

One potential area for improvement could be maintaining adherence to agreed priorities, especially when key stakeholders, such as the client founder, suggest shifts in focus. While it can be challenging to push back on such requests, ensuring that any changes in direction are mutually agreed upon would help avoid disruptions. ITC Group could emphasise the importance of staying aligned with the established plan, while still being flexible and responsive, to ensure long-term success without deviating from the agreed path.

ITC developed several websites with databases behind them to manage nonprofits and generous businesses as well as developing online auction software to support nonprofits

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

24,000+ nonprofits signed up for our TravelPledge platform and several hundred businesses for our OneSpare platform.  Our online auction platform continues to get great reviews.

They have a good home grown project management solution that works pretty well and we have US based development director supporting the team in Vietnam. This works out well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

ITC Group delivers quality work at a reasonable price and if any bugs are found, they work very hard to correct them quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ITC Group could have done differently?

They could work to improve consistency between pages in terms of UI/ UX. Their design skills are improving as they've hired some graphic designers.   Important to work on consistent buttons, and look and feel throughout to avoid too many "custom" style sheets, etc
