Harnessing the immense power of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, AAD B2C, and other remarkable Microsoft solution components such as Azure OpenAI and Azure Service Bus, this project aims to deliver nothing short of an extraordinary user experience. The ultimate goal is to create a platform that not only exceeds expectations but also performs at the pinnacle of its potential, setting new standards for excellence.

Since our inception, we have successfully catered to a vast user base spanning across the globe, serving thousands of individuals from various corners of the world. Our unwavering commitment to global accessibility from day one has been met with resounding success. 

Notably, the qualitative feedback we have received from our users consistently highlights the application's remarkable simplicity and captivating nature. We have prioritized ensuring that end users possess a comprehensive understanding of both the application itself and the underlying scientific principles that support it. • Product strategy and planning deliverying a clear roadmap for prototype --> MVP --> Post Launch. 
• User experience design - taking our ideas and rough mockups and create a UI design strategy and implementation. Technical architecture design and build activities. Included security design (B2C identity management) and application logging.. 
• Design of our values assessment scoring model. Then developing that model into the platform. 
• Integration of the application with Intercom for in-app and out of app user engagement (including 30_ custom data attributes). Provision and management of Azure platform services. 
• Implementation of Development, Staging, and Production environments including release management processes. 
• Testing and QA activities. 
• Ongoing management of the platform and application. 
• User technical support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been able to meet the growing demand of the game. We have serviced thousands of users from around the world. This has met our goal to be global from day one. Qualitative feedback from users is consistent on the simplicity and engaging nature of the application. End user understanding of the application and the science underpinning it was a key focus for us.

Timelines were met and communication was excellent. They setup a regular candence of update meetings with us and included the whole development team to streamline communications. We found them very responsive to our needs when various things cropped up.

There was a quality issue with some of the development team. This was dealt with pro-actively but could have perhaps been done a little bit sooner
