The only area of improvement is more proactive wanrings about what deliverables were needed from me as to not block their development.

What challenge were you trying to address with IT Infonity?

We needed someone to redesign and redevelop our website. We wanted a high-speed website that matched the level of technology our business is bringing to the table. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

IT Infonity walked us through the development stage and gave us 5–6 design options to choose from. Based on what we chose, they built the website from there. They implemented a password encryption tool with a slider that was only accessible to employees.

For clients, there is a new feature where they can log in and update their forms. They built an API that works with a current vendor we use and clients can connect their forms. We went from a basic WordPress platform to an updated system with embedded videos. They also perform SEO efforts working with Google Analytics and started advertising for us on Facebook.

My main point of contact is Ajay (Business Manager, IT Infonity) and his team.

We contacted companies that placed bids. When IT Infonity presented their design options, we decided to go with them.

We started working together in March 2018 and are still ongoing.

Our business increased by one third. We received immense user feedback on the website and our company is now ranking first on Google.

How did IT Infonity perform from a project management standpoint?

Because of my entrepreneurial style, they were able to scale back their level of management instead of over-managing. They were efficient with signing and sending out documentation so we could get the project done and actually finished it a month ahead of schedule. I have worked with other companies where I feel like I constantly have to fight to get the project on track.

Their overall knowledge of the project was really impressive. They went into each project with a detailed outline and they were very specific on the scope of the work, how to do it, and what was needed by the client.

No, I don’t think so. They’re one of the best vendors I’ve ever had.

The calendar should display events, with event details visible when a user clicks on each event.

3. Zeffy Donation Platform Integration
We are moving from Google Pay to Zeffy for donations. Please follow these steps to integrate Zeffy:

Use Zeffy’s plugin (if available) or embed code to add the donation form to the site.
Ensure the donation form is working properly and that it’s responsive.
Test the donation process to confirm everything works as expected.
Design the Donation Page:

Ensure the donation page aligns with the website's design.
Include messages such as “100% of your donation goes to the cause”.
Remove all old Google Pay links from the site once Zeffy is live.
4. Hosting & Deployment Setup with GoDaddy
You mentioned needing shared hosting with GoDaddy to deploy changes. Here are the instructions:

Purchase GoDaddy Hosting:

Go to GoDaddy’s website and purchase a shared hosting plan with WordPress support (Basic or Deluxe plan).
During checkout, you can either purchase a new domain or link an existing one.
Install WordPress on GoDaddy:

Log into the GoDaddy account and use the 1-Click WordPress installation from the cPanel.
Follow the instructions to install WordPress on your domain.
Backup Current Website (if applicable):

If migrating, use a backup tool like UpdraftPlus or manually back up the site.
Move the Site to GoDaddy:

Use a migration tool like All-in-One WP Migration to transfer the site to GoDaddy, or follow GoDaddy’s migration instructions.
Deploy Changes:

They should offer their customers protection from viruses during development instead of insisting the reason the site crashed was due to not purchasing a maintenance plan for $1400 a year before the website was even completed. If the site was protected, the site would have never crashed.
