Firstly one of their managers took a call with me where they understood what exactly I wanted and the look and feel I was looking for and after that, they provided me a Figma prototype to confirm if I am ok with the design and after my confirmation on the design they started the development. They provided time-to-time updates on the development done and they also showed me the work that was being done. The language in which they developed the site is Laravel.

I was aware of the daily progress that was being made on the development side. Skype was the communication tool used, and the entire project was delivered in 2 months, including my feedback points.
