We had a well-settled offline clothing business and I wanted to take my business online and wanted to develop a website for the same, so I contacted IT Idol Technologies and it was definitely worth it.

I wanted a good-looking website and wanted an agency that has a team with vast experience in developing similar websites that too at an affordable cost, and IT Idol Technologies fulfilled these checkmarks, they have experience developing websites and applications in almost all business sectors and have the most affordable costing. They have also shown me some of their previous work which attracted me more.

Firstly one of their managers took a call with me where they understood what exactly I wanted and the look and feel I was looking for and after that, they provided me a Figma prototype to confirm if I am ok with the design and after my confirmation on the design they started the development. They provided time-to-time updates on the development done and they also showed me the work that was being done. The language in which they developed the site is Laravel.

After the site was live, the customer response was very interesting and they loved how the website looked and how significantly all the products were listed with all the required filters. My sales also increased rapidly after the site was made live.

They follow the agile methodology where all the tasks were maintained through JIRA and every module was divided into sprints. I was aware of the daily progress that was being made on the development side. Skype was the communication tool used, and the entire project was delivered in 2 months, including my feedback points.

I have worked with many companies in a while and all of them say that they focus on client satisfaction but IT Idol Technologies firmly believes in the same and I have experienced the same very closely that each and every steps and action as a company are towards providing utmost client satisfaction.
