From the beginning of contact, ITGeeks has been helpful with sorting out what needed to be traansferred, how to prepaare for the process, the timeline, the expectations, and offered support every step of the way. 

We now have a fully functional Shopify site that looks great, works wonderfully, and is heads and tails above what we offered before!

ITGeeks promptly delivered exactly what we were hoping for in a reasonable timeline. We did not have any downtime due to the migration process and in fact, our online sales almost immediately increased!

Are there any areas for improvement or something IT-Geeks could have done differently?

When I think of something that could be improved, nothing comes to mind. I had a perfectly satisfactory experience with IT-Geeks and they have their work down to a fine art!
