What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
ITGeeks was very quick to respond and problem solve. They were also very thorough and made sure we were both on the same page and understood the problem before executing. They also provided screenshot videos to show the progress/work that was completed.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
ITGeeks were very quick to response. Their communication was outstanding; I was never left waiting for them. If there ever was a delay, it was only because they were waiting for a response from the 3rd party (the app that was initially installed that was creating the glitch). But even then, they provided updates made sure to let me know what was the cause of delay.
This was my second time working with ITGeeks and both times the project turn around time was fast!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Fast response, very kind, professional and made sure they took the time to understand what my issue was with my website before executing. I've worked with a different company before who just assumed they understood and when they "finished" my problem wasn't solved which caused a lot of back and forth. My experience with ITGeeks wasn't like this at all. Everything went smoothly!
Are there any areas for improvement or something IT-Geeks could have done differently?
Not at all. They were so great!
