Built a production-ready, multi-tenant “Instant Estimate” SaaS from scratch. Delivered a React/TypeScript customer dashboard + admin panel (form builder, lead/estimate history, branding, and Stripe subscriptions). Implemented a PostgreSQL backend with row-level security and serverless functions for AI-driven estimate calculation with real-time streaming updates, file upload + extraction (inventory/materials/historical quotes), and automated email notifications. Shipped an embeddable, branded widget with multi-step dynamic forms and conditional logic; added photo upload with vision-assisted analysis to improve estimate accuracy and recommendations. Included configurable pricing rules (markup, taxes/GST, travel fees), usage analytics, and production-focused reliability/performance optimizations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Estimate generation time reduced from 24-48 hours (manual quoting) to under 30 seconds with AI-powered calculation.

2. End-to-end customer onboarding flow completed in under 10 minutes — from sign-up to live embeddable widget.

3. Supports multi-industry configuration (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, fencing) with dynamic form generation and industry-specific pricing logic.

4. The developed application already has its first users who are paying for the service.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

IT Flow AI was fantastic in all aspects of the project. From my end, I'd say their ability to solve difficult estimate calculation logic for specific industries and services for our estimator was their uniqueness. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something IT Flow AI could have done differently?

There was nothing that they could improve on. I'd say overall I'm very happy!
