I'm the CEO of Aeonian Technology, an IT company that develops software solutions to help businesses operate efficiently and compete effectively within their industry sectors.

What challenge were you trying to address with IT Extension?

I needed IT Extension to take over a project I'd been working on with another company for 20 months. I was frustrated with the slow pace and the funds I was spending without any MVP completion in sight.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

IT Extension has taken over the development of a web and mobile application. The team has essentially gutted the innards of the app created by the original developers. IT Extension has redesigned the features of the web app based on the structure and design that were already in the code. The team has also built the website to go along with the app. In addition, IT Extension has completely redesigned the mobile app that goes with the web app.Overall, IT Extension has delivered a redesign of the web app, which includes three administrator dashboards. The team has also delivered two mobile apps, one for drivers and one for parents. In addition, IT Extension has delivered two websites, one for the app hub and one for the company.

I found IT Extension through a freelancer platform. I chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with IT Extension in April 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have ongoing demo meetings to review and accept the development progress and features. We also track completed features, which we can test. We also track user feedback, especially for the mobile apps, which have been submitted to Apple and Google Developer platforms for approval and can be tested in real time by real users. The feedback has always been positive.

How did IT Extension perform from a project management standpoint?

IT Extension is very flexible in working with me, even when project timelines and deadlines have to be extended due to tweaks in specifications from the original project scope. The team typically delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, email, and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

IT Extension's flexibility and adaptability are impressive. The team is also very professional in delivering acceptable high-quality work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

IT Extension has done the best they can under the circumstances. Taking over a project that was already 20 months in development by another company is challenging.
