We have not had the time to evaluate measurable outcomes as of yet, however we can see that our website design and functionality have been improved and modernized in both content and design.

The project management has beet absolutely terrific. We have been slow in providing content and they displayed utmost patience and professionalism. At every stage of the project, IT Creative Labs did the work quickly, communicated clearly and efficiently and responded to any questions or concerns immediately. We hired IT Creative Labs team for a Data Migration project - migration of large sets of data from legacy platform to a brand-new Marketing Cloud instance.

We looked at the local Digital Marketing/Email Marketing service providers in the NY area, reviewed their online presence and portfolios. Reached out to the select few. It Creative Labs offered the best customer service along with the required expertise, ability to meet the timeline and a competitive price point.

Full data migration needed to be done, including all content assets, dynamic blocks, portfolio items, contact data, etc. Complete initial setup of the new platform, including users and permissions security settings, custom domain and SAP. Setup of scheduled and triggered automations to maintain the DB and pre-populate it with daily contacts' activity.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All the deliverables were completed with highest degree of quality and with a great turnaround time. This was a high priority and high-visibility project for us and IT Creative Labs team managed it successfully. It's important to note that this project was executed during holiday season and IT Creative Labs team took that into account and delivered on every aspect without any delays. They demonstrated great risk and issue management keeping everything under control.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were mostly in touch with the project manager and the technical lead. Both were extremely organized, always on-point and kept us in-check as well. We have been receiving regular updates, we did daily status calls with our teams and everyone was constantly in-sync.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their level of professionalism is something we haven't experienced even with some of the larger companies we worked with.

We needed a solid developer to build our sophisticated dating-astrology app, which is full of nuances and is very specific, math heavy and astrology savvy. Our prior developer promised a lot but delivered zero. Finding ITCL was a savior. It is by far one of the best run companies I ever worked with.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vendor was referred to us by a friend after a long search among over-priced US based IT-solutions companies ( we almost gave up finding a right fit).

We had a series of meetings outlining the scope of project and general idea and vision ( back then we didn't anticipate we will come up with such a sophisticated app). IT team had to learn a lot about astrology to understand what we needed ( and they did). We needed IOS & Android app and website. The app is feature-heavy: birth charts overlay ( build in algorithm), matching algorithm, daily horoscopes, user message room, etc.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project managed was assigned as our main point of contact, however, our front end and back end developers were present at the demo calls. We also worked a lot with graphic designer ( she is brilliant) to help us with overall design of the app and any new features.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within first year of our app launch we experienced over 22,000 downloads and we are adding new users every day. Users are loving interface and friendliness of use. The team created the most beautiful birth chart available in Astrology industry.

ITCL is very well run. They practice scrum methodology, delivery fast results, updates and identify priorities. We hold weekly calls with the team and use email correspondence as well.

We're impressed with their ability to quickly develop a solution that outperformed our initial idea. And they learn super fast. The team mastered heavy astrology content ( which they needed to understand in order to build our app) they are now astrology Gurus :)

They are great. I don't see any flaws, maybe even too good! Love this company and team of pros.
