Avanseus selected IT BLOCK after obtaining quotations from alternative suppliers. Deciding factors included understanding our requirements, services offered, level of expertise, flexibility, and value for money.

After signing the Agreement, key stages were Hardware and Software procurement based on our specifications, Server Set-Up/Installation, Testing, Troubleshooting, Problem Resolution/Finetuning and Go Live (Project Completion). IT BLOCK continues to provide ongoing maintenance services for Avanseus.

Reza N., IT BLOCK’s VP, Sales & Technology, was the primary contact. However, in total, about 4 people were involved, including a Business Development person on the commercial side, i.e. for the Sales Agreement, Pricing etc.

Overall, the process went very smoothly – the few issues we had were quickly resolved, and the Servers were up and running in the agreed timeframe. They are currently working well, and our team can access them remotely.

The workflow between our teams was good. Communication was via phone, WhatsApp and email. IT BLOCK kept us informed throughout the process with regular updates.
