BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

My name is Richard Koros and I am the founder of Illinois Notary Pros. I manage the day-to-day operations and ensure my company is running at its best.

For what projects/services did your company hire iSeed Digital?

I met Jaime at iSeed Digital a few years ago when this idea of starting a mobile notary business was just a thought. I knew I needed at least a website so people can find me and my services, so we ended up moving forward.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found him by searching on google and we set up a meeting to discus this business idea of mine. He was very professional and gave great insight on starting a new business from scratch. I hired him to create my website and see how it goes. Today, he manages my website and all of my marketing since the business has grown so much thanks to him and his expertise.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The website process was very smooth and he didn't require much of my effort but of course he always asked for my opinion. He had it up and running in about a month which I thought was rather quick. I only had to supply him a couple pictures of myself to put on my website. Together we are taking new and updated pictures as I have now hired more notaries to work for me. He has been a tremendous help in keeping my business on the map for people to find me.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

When I met Jaime he was working by himself. Today I'm not sure how many people he as working for him since he likes to work with me personally, but I'm sure he has at least one more person helping him now.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I can not express how happy I am to have met Jaime at iSeed Digital. His expertise in marketing and the amazing job he did on my website has grown my notary company so much. I did hire him as well to create my logo and business cards once I saw the results from the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

He communicated everything with me very personable and professionally. I prefer to discuss things over the phone than email and he is very accommodating.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was greatly impressed by how well he designed my website and the results I was getting. Also if there's anything I need him to do, he responds and get it done quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would say maybe have someone available on the weekends. My business hours extend till Saturday so sometimes I would need to contact him over the weekend but I understand not everyone is available on Saturday's
