What impressed me most was IR Solutions’ staff augmentation and dedicated team model. Even though a dedicated external team was assigned to Zaair, communication was seamless and highly professional throughout the project. 

They worked like an in-house team, clearly understanding our goals, responding quickly, and maintaining strong coordination at every stage. This level of transparency, reliability, and collaboration made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IR Solutions could have done differently?

There were no major areas for improvement. If anything, initial documentation and onboarding materials could have been a bit more detailed at the very start. However, once the project was underway, communication was clear, processes were well-defined, and this did not affect timelines or overall project quality.

The scope of work included end to end design and development of the Prostarter platform. IR Solutions was responsible for delivering high quality and fully responsive Prostarter websie along with a custom built web portal tailored to our business requirements.

Key deliverables included UI/UX design, frontend and backend development and the integeration of block chain based smart contract functionality. In addition they supported us with social media setup and content to help establish our online presence.

The final outcome was scalable, User friendly platform with a clean interface, smooth performance, and reliable functionality aligned with our vision of building a community centric DeFi Solution.

Overall, the experience was very positive, and there were no major issues. However, more structured milestone updates and slightly more detailed progress reporting could further improve transparency during the development process.
