We hired Iotric for a complete UX redesign to enhance user engagement and simplify the user experience. Their work involved analyzing our existing UI, identifying pain points, and creating a more intuitive design. Key deliverables included redesigned user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms. They also conducted usability testing to ensure the new design met our users' needs. The final result was a user-friendly, visually appealing platform that improved user engagement and satisfaction.

I’m the COO of MC5, a technology-driven identity management and VR module development company.

We’ve hired IOTRIC for custom software development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have a working relationship with IOTRIC, so we have ongoing projects. One of the projects we have worked on together is a VR device management platform that is essentially a CMS with various admin components. We’ve also worked on an identity management development platform and a decentralized domain name creation platform. 

Most of the work IOTRIC provides is built from scratch. We have three different levels of work with their team. They are responsible for content creation and use UNITY to create modules. The second component is a content distribution platform where they can disperse content to particular users. The last component is a device management platform; our company can control end user devices with this platform. Key technologies include Node.js and MongoDB. 

What is the team composition?

We work with a team that shifts depending on our needs. The largest team we’ve worked with has included about 20 people. Our primary point of contact is Ved (Founder). 

How did you come to work with IOTRIC?

We found IOTRIC through a referral.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

We have a great working relationship and are aligned. IOTRIC provides top-notch work, and they support us to ensure all of their work is successfully deployed. 

How did IOTRIC perform from a project management standpoint?

We work together to create timelines and budgets, and this system has worked well. We primarily communicate via Slack, phone, Skype, email, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

We’d like to shout out Ved; he keeps everything in line and takes care of our needs. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team is highly knowledgeable and experienced. IOTRIC can rapidly grasp what we’re looking to accomplish and add value by supporting those needs and seeing them through to completion.

We’re very satisfied, but we think we could improve the communication when additional work needs to be completed.

The Augmate Wearable Environment Manager (WEM) portal enables device management, user management, security, policies, and over-the-air application deployments all from a centralized platform. Augmate’s WEM portal empowers Enterprise IT to securely deploy and manage smart glasses and other wearables, enroll new devices with confidence and ease, integrate them into existing infrastructure and much more.

We did a 8 city pilot in the US with Verizon as the customer and they were satisfied with the software.
