We Manufacture the Batteries used in EV Vehicles & the challenge was that our client wanted the Batteries with an Application which can not only Give information about battery & EV Vehicle but can also control the entire Business Operation associated across the EV Vehicle Via IOT Sensors Business Control build over App.

The Team was much technically Strong and well understood the Project Business Point of view towards this transformation. We Evaluated them across all parameters as per Internal SOP and was rated best fit for this Project

They Designed an IOT based system of Tracking the EV Vehicle Rikshaws across city where Tracking was not the only parameter. The Scope Includes below:

1. Geographical Tracking & Territory Mapping of EV Vehicle
2. Battery Life Management via monitoring & reflecting alerts for Battery recharge & refill.
3. Customer Booking & Transaction management
4. Near By Charging Stations Mapping & Charging Alerts
5. Complete Business Operations Management Module Via Command Center Operations.

The Team was a Size of 10 people with a mix of Project Manager, Lead Consultant, Technical Architect, Developers

We Improved Customer Satisfaction and made a unique proposition due to this system with repeat extended orders

The Project was decided to move into agile methodology where Zira was the key Project Management tool to monitor & Control the timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Managing Pressure against all ODDs and giving Results is the best thing with the team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The Documentation was well drafted and complete in nature but I feel they can improve the cosmetic look and feel of documentation part.

I am the President of a Small Software Development group that focuses in on Cloud Based services migration supporting small to medium sized business.

We had a migration effort for an international franchise organization that needed to have the disparate local offices migrated to a centralized cloud-based solution. The new solution needed to be able to support a reimagined custom CRM and apps to support the organization.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After interviewing more than a dozen offshore teams, I narrowed my selection to 4 teams. From there I engaged my top 4 candidates with small paid tasks then rated each team. InWizards excelled in this initial engagement and asked pointed questions and offered additional advice. From the very first task that InWizards took on I knew I had found my team.

The scope of work that was initially intended was daunting, it included creating an ETL application that could take the 100+ disparate custom CRMs and load the data in the newly imagined CRM, all while supporting a system that worked across time zones and boarders. The system makes extensive use of AWS services and is primarily written in C# (.NET). Our team worked within an iterative design paradigm which allowed the customer to be involved in each step as we developed the overall system.

I utilized many different people from the InWizard team as focus or requirements shifted. At my largest staffing I had roughly 15 members of InWizards on staff. This is one of the places where InWizards really shines, they are able to ramp staff up and down rapidly as need changes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This project has recently been turned fully over to the customer and is in daily use with more than 750+ active CRM/App users active at any given time. This is success.

I imagine that InWizards can support the management style of just about any environment. For us they fit right in, we gave them access to our Project Management software they were part of our testing and always an active participant in our Scrum and especially in our Retrospectives. InWizards used the tools of my company and fit like and old hat.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have developed a deep respect and fast friendship with the InWizards founder. I really like his style, but I really like is adaptability. Inwizards is highly adaptable and very capable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Like any team that is 9.5 hours away communication can be difficult at times, but this isn't a knock on InWizards as this is a reality for any offshore team.

Inwizards helped us develop multiple applications for our clients which ranged from new concepts to modernizing older apps. Our goal is to support businesses with outsourcing needs for their systems or ideas.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Inwizards because we were impressed with the types of applications they previously worked on and had a great reputation with other people we know.

The team used Scrum and Agile methods to deliver software using two week sprints. They worked with us to define the requirements and coordinate different milestone schedules which helped us effectively communicate with our clients. Applications were developed with multiple technologies from Microsoft .NET, iOS, Android, and Microsoft SQL Server.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Depending on the application we were working on, there would be a range of 2, to 6, to even 10 team members helping us at one time. Their skills ranged from design to development and each team member was knowledgeable in their area.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our measurable items were related to each sprint. There were always deliverables that we met with our customers and received constant feedback regarding what we were deploying.

Our team leveraged Azure DevOps Scrum team board to manage projects. We used two week sprint cycles, and leveraged the GIT repositories built in as well to manage the code branches.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciated the constant interaction and communication with us throughout each phase of the projects. We also were always impressed with the wireframes and mockups prior to starting development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The Inwizards team handled themselves professionally and never had any issues or complaints.
