Usually, a dedicated team of specialists is assigned to work on our projects. We started with one small team of six people. Now 23 technical specialists from IntexSoft are working on our projects. In general, each team consists of system analysts, software developers (web or mobile), and testing engineers.

The main result is that we’ve got a reliable long-term software development partner. The teams contribute many effort to our projects.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There is a team leader for each field of the IntexSoft team. The Team Leaders are very responsive. All the tasks are performed in time and on a professional level.

What did you find most impressive about this vendor?

All the technical specialists working on our project are true professionals. It’s a real pleasure to work and communicate with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything is great actually. The only thing I would note is that it would be great if they had more available resources.

We were looking for dedicated resources with expertise in software development for Fintech. We needed to augment several development teams to a client's project urgently in order to speed up the development of a new module.

The project is a series of fintech products for small and medium-sized businesses in the segment. Within the project, IntexSoft’s specialists worked on both the front-end and the back-end parts using Java and React.

IntexSoft provided us with 2 dev teams. Each of them consisted of a Tech Lead, several back-end and front-end developers. One of the teams included a system analyst.

The IntexSoft specialists very quickly and efficiently joined the client’s team and integrated into the development process. They demonstrated high competence in performing the tasks and adapted to the workflow of the client within a short time.

IntexSoft is our permanent software development partner. We have already hired them before to build several Fintech-related web and mobile apps. The last time we hired them to build our own product. Our goal was to develop a user-friendly mobile application for the contactless exchange of business cards.

Our product - VisitK is a mobile application for business. It works as an electronic business card and is intended for those who often go on work trips, attend meetings and conferences.

The key features of the app include: creating an electronic business card with just one click, exchange of contact information by scanning a QR code, prompt update of contact info, and the ability to share electronic business cards between users. The IntexSoft team operated using Scrum methodology with two-week sprints.

IntexSoft provided me with access to our Jira task management system. So I was able to directly contact the developers and independently set tasks for them, streamlining the production process.

We developed several great apps and continue to design new features for some of them. Our management and customers are always pleased with the quality of the work and usually, we receive really positive feedback.

We conduct multiple interviews with different vendors, and IntexSoft developer were the most skilled and available in quite short time. This helped given the constraints we had with our customer.

The project was managed by the customer. It was an Scrum project, the team deliver on a 2-week sprint basis. Tool used Jira, confluence, MS suite (Office/Teams/etc...), Slack for quick communications

A good skillset and capabilities on React development. Developers are able to self organize on their assigned tasks.

Now working with the site is easier and more efficient. We continue to actively develop it - we are working on search engine optimization and transferring our old CRM system to the browser.

The team always does everything to achieve the best results. There were several times when we wanted to change something and they did everything we asked for without any questions or neglect.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I really like the attitude of the company's employees to the business and the client - very careful, with intention to help, with concern for possible mistakes. Such psychological harmony in the team is so rare. While working with Intexsoft I understood the benefits of working with companies that support a positive harmonious attitude and employee development. It influences everything they do in a good way.

The services were a bit pricey for us. Also, there were cases when we couldn't follow the planned deadlines for various reasons.

The project team consisted of myself as the owner and from IntexSoft there was a project manager, a main developer and his team. I had contact only with these two people and are not sure how many other people were working on it.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The calculators were implemented into last detail and working flawlessly. The project was finished ahead of time. The calculators were only put online to our site 3 weeks ago along with a completely new product. How much impact the new calculators have had in the increased rankings (and therefor traffic) is very tough to say.

From IntexSoft's side everything was very professionally organized. Communication was through Skype and different online shared documents. They listened to feedback well and made the needed moderations to the tools.

IntexSoft finished a complex project ahead of time and always asked if there is something they can help with.

We're a startup company and needed to design and build our platform from scratch. IntexSoft was hired precisely for that purpose.

Our goals were to design and build a system which would provide with unique and innovative ways for musicians to buy and sell Music Production services and redefine collaboration practices that exist in a music marketplace today.

How did you select this vendor?

I found a group on FB and posted a request for a web developer.  Within a day I was contacted by sales managers from various IT companies.  I spoke with quite a few reps including the rep from IntexSoft.  Not only was the sales manager able to perfectly understand the requirements for my project, IntexSoft was the only company that was able to meet all of my conditions, stay within my budget limits and promised reasonable product delivery.

We needed to design and build a marketplace platform in which songwriters and musicians would buy and sell music production services.  IntexSoft took it upon itself to handle the task from beginning to end.  All aspects of development was handled by IntexSoft.  From Requirements Specs, through coding and testing to Production rollout.

The was composed of: Sales Manager, Account Manager, several Business Analyst, Project Manager, 3 FE developers, 3 BE developers, 2 QA specialists.

This project is the foundation of the company. No business without this project.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The IntexSoft team used Scrum - Agile Software Development Framework.  This was determined at the earliest stages of the project, and it was the right decision indeed.  We wanted transparency, we wanted to see work in progress, we wanted speed.  We were changing and adding requirements on the fly.  We needed a very adaptive and reactive approach, and we've seen it achieved by the IntexSoft team.  Excellent work!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team's expertise and organizational skills are off the charts.  I can't think of a single question that the team couldn't come up with an answer to - and in a very timely manner too!  I was mesmirized by the level of mutual understanding, by their ability to explain and, more importantly, listen.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There's always areas for improvement.  I would like to see a little better performance in QA area, specifically in Random testing.  Other than that, QA has done a wonderful job identifying and fixing bugs in the system.

We communicate through a single point of contact, which makes coordinating various takes quite easy. There’s also a backup contact if we need it.

They’re fully dedicated and extremely responsive to our requests, even when faced with a tight deadline. Their team is friendly and competent and is quick to solve any issue we have. Their suggestions for improvement consistently deliver good value.

It’s a good idea to retain web/interface designers, as it’s not IntexSoft’s core competency, though they don’t claim it is, either. We fully trust their software architecture, development, and project management expertise. We’re looking forward to cooperating with them for many more years.
