They hooked us up with a slick website for our B2B business. The interface is super friendly and easy on the eyes. We teamed up to figure out how it should look, testing things with prototypes. The wizards behind it all built a custom WordPress theme that fits us like a glove, making sure it's smooth on any device. Plus, they developed some custom plugins for special features we needed, like smart forms related to lead generation.

We measure our website metrics daily, observing a steady growth in the conversion rate. As users engage with our blog, the session time has increased. The team has designed and built the first version of our product, which involves developing a mobile-responsive web application and integrating APIs, analytics, and SEO. They've helped us with the strategy and execution and advised us on which tools to use for SEO.

INTEX agency has been a great partner, and their impact on our company has been infinitely positive. We’re starting to take orders this month, so we’ve gone from zero to one. INTEX agency gives us excellent feedback beyond just executing the work, which has been incredibly valuable for us as a young company. 

Moreover, INTEX agency’s team has become a part of our team, helping us with strategy when we have ideas. This approach has been really helpful to us as a startup without a technical person in our internal team. On the technical side, INTEX agency has executed the product very well.

Like many other development and design firms, they could improve timeline and scope estimations, which can be challenging. There were some tasks we estimated would be easier and then encountered challenges. That said, INTEX agency has been very good about switching gears, being adaptive, and working through issues without budget impact.

Do as much as you can to outline the scope of the initial project and set expectations about budget and timing. This applies to any project; coming to the table with this information is incredibly valuable and necessary.

We faced a problem with our outdated website design. It was created more than 10 years ago and had become irrelevant. As we always learn and improve ourselves, the problem with web design became very acute. Our probem needed a full redesign with maximum preservation of CEO elaborations. As our clinic already have a name and we work a lot with our social media designs it was an important note to create a website according to our branding.

We looked for a web design company a long time, as our website is big, we needed someone we can trust, someone who have experience in comprehensive approach to the problem. Intex Agency have proven themselves as a professional team with huge amount of excellent rewiews.

Our task needed deep reserch and not only visual redesign but also regorganising of the information. As we provide a huge range of services we needed to include all the information and at the same time save the clear and minimalistic appearance of the website. We had a general meeting with Intex Agency to describe our issue in details. Then, they provided us with a detailed plan of work. Right after we submit a main page design. Intex agency made the rest of work very quickly and nattily. Step by step, we made our website a dream page and solved our problem.

In general we worked with project manager Oleg and lead designer Eugene. They together were present to all our meetings.

At this stage we succeded only in web design. The next step is development after which I am sure we`ll have our best results. For now as a user I see an enormous difference with our old and new website. It is easy to use and to find information. Now everything is well-structured and good-looking. Ous website look more attractive and modern. Also UX improvement decisions were taken into account.

Both lead designer and project manager were easy to communicate with and answered the same minute if we had any questions. We had our first meeting in person with both of them and all our design related team. Later we met via Google meets. All meetings were well-organized and always in time. Intex Agency recommended themselves as a professional and responsible team which care of their clients.

As a graphic designer I was positively impressed with comprehensive awareness of the Intex Agency team. They showed themselves as professionals in web design and UX and surprised me with great solutions to every issue.

We started with building several marketing presentations for our upcoming workshops and other marketing and branding materials. We provided topics that needed to be highlighted and afterward we got several visually designed ideas between which we selected what we liked the most.

We were very happy with the results which we’ve got, then we decided to entrust the development of lead generating WordPress based websites for our services. One of our main requirements was to develop highly secured and visually appealing websites, on the other hand, they should be very friendly from a content management perspective.

On each website the scheme was quite the same: After several sessions, we approved page design, then the team started the development stage, after the development, we had short testing and study session, on how to use the admin panel and launched the websites.

We are still getting warm leads from these websites, but in general, after this successful year campaign we’ve got new long-term clients: Dozen of solo and small practices (with up 5-7 providers) and several large multi-specialty practices (with up to 15 providers).

In-house, we are using Microsoft teams for communication, and guys appeared very flexible in this perspective and were also connected to our system. We always had 2 weekly updates (online calls) during the design phase and once-a-week calls during the development and testing phases.

We were impressed by their perfect communication skills, deep attitude, and the possibility to be on late calls because of the different time zones. INTEX Agency showed a high level of responsibility and real knowledge of their job.

Intex Agency took over the complete UX/UI design of the store and did a fantastic job of it. They first presented the designs, explained the technology that they would be using to build those designs and with our approval went onto execute and bring those designs to life. The go live date predicted by them was achieved exactly without any delay.

After launching our store, we received a ton of compliments from every single retailer and vendor. We received orders within a week, and continued revenue all the way through 2021.

We collaborated on Slack and their project management style is very hands on. We had daily stand up meetings to discuss progress and the Intex team was super responsive and explained key milestones very clearly.
