I found it online and was looking for someone based in Poland and who does projects in English.

We discuss what i wanted to change on the website and i prepared the file including all the changes. They looked at it and estimated the time needed to make it done. After that estimation I agreed to hire them.

People i showed the website to loved the new design and the colors. It made the website looks more classy. The forms changes are more clear and functional.

The company "Metalika profile" is a leading company in Western Ukraine that manufactures products from painted metal coils including metal roof tiles, fences and a variety of structural elements.

We hired Intex agency to solve our problem of representation of Metalika Profile in digital space as the leading manufacturer on the market (Western Ukraine). We sat clear goals, to tell our audience about company's past and future development and to get potential customers acquainted with the products we produce and sell, which was a hard task to handle as one product can have hundreds of variations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The first characteristic we were looking for in a web developer company was inside logistics of platforms they developed and the visual design solutions that would help customers to render company's values immediately and help to navigate through the web page.

On the project beginning we had few meeting with the lead staff that helped us to determine the vector of development of products organization and navigation through them, also we talked about further communication and working process. We gathered the information needed including brand identity (brand book), products and their variations and the key elements of company's values we wanted to highlight.

After that we were presented with the solutions of platform's navigation and possible features, which we discussed upon and with the decisions made we moved forward to the nest step. The next step was a visual representation of the earlier discussed "grid" of the web page. Honestly speaking, the design decisions Intex company made positively surprised us, as they took the Metalika profile brand identity a step further and their team of designers introduced us to absolutely new graphic elements that we successfully use on printed and web media marketing platforms.

After approving the work done our marketing managers insisted on the 'OpenCart' platform used for web page management. The Intex agency had no problems with our decision. Now the web page was functional we started filling it with the descriptions and products with kind help of one of the staff member. Through this stage we made a few minor corrections and added some more information we wanted to be displayed.

The final stage was transfer of the webpage to our domain name. Everything went smoothly and now we have a fully functional webpage that we are proud of.

Through the project timeline we communicated through Google meets and messengers we preferred. From the very beginning the goals were clear so there was no place for major miscommunications.

We had minor bugs before the project launch, they very quick to fix everything.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a designer with experience in UX/UI, somebody who had knowledge in advanced design and was able to redesign the website following the same line without lose the consistency. I found all these characteristics in them.

The project was divided mainly in two stages, the first one design of the web in Figma and the second one integrate the design into WordPress. They did the redesign of the whole website following the structure with the info in a Word Doc, after, the integrate this design in WordPress.

We worked with 2 people. 1 Project manager and 1 marketing intern.

Site traffic increased. Signups in the newsletter increased. In general the people praised the design of the web.

Don't recommend this freelancer and their Agency intexagency.com In the beginning they work really good and promise you everything, but after time passes by they start to work less and less on your project and can't neither deliver nor complete it. But continue to accept new projects instead of working and completing yours. They even tell you in your face that they are tired of the project.
