What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Fully developed platform which exceeded our expectations. This was in light of us making major system changes along the way. No matter how many changes we made in the middle of development the Interexy team (Yan specifically) always rolled with the punches and found a way to make everything work.

Everything was on time or ahead of schedule. Yan and the Interexy team took all of our creative and technical ideas and always managed to find solutions. Even when we made major changes to the system they always rolled with it, never complained, and performed exceedingly. One of my favorite things about working with Yan from Interexy is he didn't just develop and build what we gave him, he improved upon it and creatively provided feedback that actually made our ideas even better. You will never find a better company with a better tech lead than Yan from Interexy!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing aside from always performing and delivering on time is their ability to provide feedback on how our ideas could be improved. Any company can deliver what a client is asking for, but rarely does company have excellent team members like Liza and Yan who can take a client idea and make it better beyond the client's expectations. They are quick workers, have a team of excellent developers, and even found us an artist when we needed it, and managed to take our idea and deliver it an a way that even we did not imagine possible. Without Interexy, Yan, and Liza, this would have never been possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Interexy could have done differently?

I can't think of anything Interexy could possibly improve on aside from cloning their incredible team!

1. Creation of ERC-20 Smart Contract on Solana for VRD native token deployment: 
   • As a developer, I need to create ERC-20 smart contract so it can be used to purchase pCRBN NFTs later.
2. Bridge integration [nice to have]:
   • As a user, I want to be able to convert my VRD (Eth) to VRD (Solana) so I can buy/rent pCRBN. 
   • (Is this solved by having a VRD/SOL liquidity pool and VRD/ETH liquidity pool, hence arbitrage will keep the prices similar?)
   • Maybe an API to rocketxchange would make this easier?
3. Creation of ERC-721 Smart Contracts:
   • As a developer, I need to create ERC-721 smart contracts with partial ownership capabilities so that we can tokenize tangible carbon offsetting assets into pCRBN NFTs.
4. Minting pCRBN NFTs:
   • As a company, VRD needs to mint pCRBN NFTs to let users rent/buy.
   • We should have sole authority over minting of pCRBN NFTs.
5. Metadata for pCRBN NFTs:
   • As a user, I want metadata associated with each pCRBN NFT so that I can verify the environmental impact and origin of the carbon project. I want to be able to name my land when rented or bought. 
   • I want to be able to see the layout of my land on the map.

6. Purchasing pCRBN NFTs [is not too urgent]:
   • As a user, I want to purchase pCRBN NFTs using ETH so that I can own a portion of a carbon offset project permanently.
7. Renting pCRBN NFTs:
   • As a user, I want to rent pCRBN NFTs using $VRD so that I can temporarily contribute to carbon offset projects and gain access to staking rewards. After the temporary period, the NFTs come back to deployer wallet or are available for repurchase. The user is also able extend the rental period before the existing period expires.
8. Staking pCRBN NFTs:
   • As a user, I want to stake my $VRD from the same wallet that contains the pCRBN NFTs to earn staking rewards in $VRD. There is a limit on the number of $VRD that can be staked from each wallet. Wallets without pCRBN can stake any amount of $VRD for a small APY in each of the pools with different locking times. The rewards from each pool will be given daily and the user has an option to restake the rewards for the same fixed period starting that day.
   • As a developer, I need to implement a staking mechanism with variable APY returns for various pools (e.g Paal staking tool) (100%-200%) so that we can incentivize users to participate in the platform. The staking mechanism should also show the total $VRD that will be distributed to the wallet immediately after staking and the rewards should be disbursed incrementally over the locked period. 
   • For example: joe has 1 pCRBN so he is eligible for the 3 staking pools with 10%, 20%, and 30% APY for 10, 20, and 30 days locked respectively. If joe selects the 2nd pool with 10 VRD, then the wallet shows 12 VRD - the 2 VRD comes from 20% APY.
   • The dashboard shows 10.1096VRD for the first 20 days and disburse incrementally for a total of .1096 VRD in 20 days. After, 20 days. The user gets downgraded to the basic APY that everyone is eligible for. Since the rewards are provided daily, joe has the option to press the restake button that automatically restakes the daily rewards of .0055 in this example for 20 days each for the same 20% APY.
9. User-Friendly Dashboard [we have a designers and frontend dev, would like cost from you though]
   • As a user, I want a user-friendly dashboard where I can manage my pCRBN NFTs, view my staking rewards, and track the environmental impact of my contributions.
