· Mobile app development (React Native) enabling Sakhis to log marketing events, distribute
samples, capture photos, undergo on-demand training and generate leads.
· AI-based image processing to automatically extract attendee counts from event photos.
· Role-based dashboards for program managers and enterprise partners to track performance
in real time.
· Bulk upload modules to reduce administrative load for SURE teams.
· Geo-tagging and automated timestamps for improved field transparency.
· Reporting system to monitor event reach, samples distributed, leads generated, and village-
level performance.

The Scope of work included a compete vendor information search system consisting of: 
1.     Document Management Portal They built a custom portal that allows us to upload Images of visiting cards and product brochures. All this information, along with other digital assets, was loaded in a centralised repository where we could easily track and manage them. 
2.     AI Models for information extraction and content classification Their AI model automatically extracts the relevant information from the uploaded images and documents and stores it in a data repository. The AI models also classify the product into an appropriate category and subcategory for easy organization. 
3.     A Facetted Search Portal for Vendor Information Search The search portal allowed easy information search by just typing a few keywords. The facetted filters on categories and subcategories allowed us to search the relevant results quickly

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The system has saved us significant time and reduced manual effort. We no longer waste hours sorting through physical information, Excel sheets or other documents. Instead, we can instantly find the right vendor/ Product while developing proposals. This has helped us avoid missed opportunities and respond faster to client needs.

Their project management was excellent. They met every deadline and delivered exactly what was promised on schedule. The team was very responsive, quick to address our questions, and adapted well to our feedback throughout the process.

The scope of the project was to design and develop a comprehensive CEO Dashboard that would provide unified insights into our organization's key functions—Revenue, Services, Customers, Candidates, and Employees. Prior to the engagement, this data was scattered across various systems and lacked visibility at the leadership level.

Key Deliverables included:

Data Integration Layer:
Set up Azure Data Factory pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple internal data sources such as finance, recruitment, operations, and marketing into a centralized data repository.

Data Model Design:
Defined and implemented a business-focused data model that could support dynamic slicing and drill-down capabilities across different KPIs.

Interactive Power BI Dashboards:
Designed and deployed role-based dashboards using Power BI that enabled real-time insights into revenue performance, service quality, hiring pipeline, and workforce analytics.

User Training & Handover:
Delivered comprehensive training sessions for internal users, including CEO and department heads, along with documentation to ensure adoption and self-service analytics.

The only area where there could be slight improvement is around anticipating data readiness risks from the client side and planning accordingly. While the delays weren’t on their end, a more proactive risk assessment early on might have helped. That said, they handled the delays professionally and kept the overall project on track.
