I’m the director of a tutoring service. We provide one-on-one lessons to help pupils gain confidence and self-esteem to achieve results. In addition to helping pupils overcome their difficulties, we also focus on developing basic study skills.

We hired them to develop our website from scratch.

We needed a partner to make up for our lack of knowledge regarding web development.

Another agency recommended them. We considered several other vendors, but they weren’t experienced enough.

They designed, developed, and launched a completely new website, integrating our feedback at every step of the way. They even helped us create our system's requirements.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a five-member team made up of a project manager, a UX designer, a network engineer, and two software engineers.

Our business is entirely web-based, so the website has been critical.

It was very effective. Their experience allowed us to rely on them, and we’re happy we did.

They explained every step they took, highlighting why it made sense from an e-commerce perspective.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, not that I saw. They provided very good service.

We need to build up an E-commerce business from scratch. the team of intact solutions is very competitive and they help us to build the whole system from scratch.

they appoint a team of 6 members under one project manager. Team members join the project on the different stages where they need according to their speciality.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project belongs to the E-Commerce based business, it was very important to finish the project in time and launch it for the public. We are quite happy that we complete the testing and launch it in time with the help of intact solution.

Project management was very impressive. The team was very competent, and from the first day, they were mentally clear about the project. on each testing phase where we found any issue, they respond effectively and help to rectify it.

We use technology to match homeowners with certified, licensed contractors. It's a matchmaking service for home renovation. I'm the CEO and co-founder.

For what projects/services did your company hire Intact Solutions?

We needed to complete several web development and design projects, from simple HTML email forms to complex web solutions. They provided website design, development, copywriting, website hosting, and domain management.

What were your goals for this project?

They created a complex two-sided marketplace and an advanced backend system that manages all our projects with contractors. Our main goal was to accurately and efficiently match homeowners with contractors using our internal backend.

How did you select this vendor?

I had worked with them on another project, and they came highly recommended. It's a small world, but it's not easy to find a perfect match when it comes to website development. They went above and beyond on every task. We interviewed and collaborated with more than three companies, but their flexibility, fair rates, and understanding of the scope led us to hire them.

They've provided several services over the years. They created an email campaign based on user activity and generated text messages based on interested contractors. They created a backend database that we could efficiently manage throughout the lifecycle of renovation projects. When we needed a widget for partner websites, they created a unique one with an editable color and logo that tied directly into our system. We use it to reward partners that bring us projects through the platform.

What was the team composition?

My main point of contact is their CEO. Together, we strategize on a number of key components of our platform. They have an entire team dedicated to helping us with our business. For certain projects, we work with 4–5 additional designers and developers. They allocate resources based on our unique needs.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We streamlined our manual labor process with the technology and software they built. We now spend 30% less time managing our projects, since automation takes care of everything we did manually before. Without their unique solutions, we wouldn't be where we are today. They gave us a platform that generates revenue every month, and we look forward to building on their work.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Communication was always excellent. We used tools like Slack, Trello, and Skype to communicate effectively, even though we lived in different parts of the country.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciated their flexibility and solution-based attitude. Everything was possible with this company.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I didn't have any complaints. Outside of working in different timezones, which can be difficult, they were a pleasure.
