What challenge were you trying to address with Instance IT Solutions?

We needed one system where we could keep on track of our students; we used to maintain the Excel data, but it wasn't helpful. We hired Instance IT Solutions to help us build a CRM platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Instance IT Solutions to do CRM development and customization. We were already using the Zoho domain, so we requested them to go with the Zoho system to make the CRM — we provided them with a brief of what we needed ahead of time.

They understood the criteria of what we need then divided that whole project into different sections. Currently, they're providing support to the system.

We've worked with two people from their team, including someone from marketing and an IT person.

We were looking for vendors, and we shortlisted about four companies. We had interviews with them, but we ultimately settled on Instance IT Solutions because they had the perfect CRM we needed. They also had great reviews and a good presentation.

So far, we've spent around $3,000 with them.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began our partnership with them in April 2022, and it's still ongoing.

We've received the required quality, resulting in a complete solution to solve our CRM needs and improve our business.

Overall, we're very happy and satisfied with their deliverables.

They're very prompt with communication and always available anytime we need them. Regarding tools, we use WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and phone calls.

They've delivered exactly what we asked them to on time with quality and fast response.

They can augment the number of people we contact because we currently only have one person.

we are searching for many vendors, but we selected InstanceIT because InstanceIT has an excellent technical team. Also, they are competent in many technologies like PHP, React Native, iOS, Flutter, and Node.js.

after the app launch, we put a lot of effort to uses this app and after 6 months of app launch we cross 2.5k downloads

This company resources technically too Sharpe, we don't need any repeated discussion which we already discuss in past and work come with us on our expectation.
