What challenge were you trying to address with Install?

I needed someone to develop my website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Install developed our website as well as provides technical and hosting support. They also make modifications to the website on an as-needed basis. We requested the website be built according to a template because it perfectly suited our tasks. Some projects we’ve done on the web page were modified directly. They continue to host and support our website each month.

What is the team composition?

I’m in direct contact with one person.

How did you come to work with Install?

I worked with another company about two years ago. We were searching for OpenCart support and found Install. I liked the work they had done and the support they offered. When I moved to this company, I suggested we work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2019, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m completely satisfied with their work. That’s why when I moved to a new company, I didn’t search for a new vendor. I knew they do their job very well. Whenever I need support, they’re available.

How did Install perform from a project management standpoint?

They offered platforms where I put tasks and know their managers will see it immediately. I asked them to be in contact with me via email and phone because it’s more convenient for me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate their support. If there’s a problem, they solve it immediately.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’m satisfied with them. If I know anyone that needs IT support, I refer Install.
