What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching the new website, we saw a noticeable increase in customer inquiries and calls. Within the first couple of months, website engagement improved, and we started receiving more consistent leads through the contact form.Within the first 2–3 months after the launch, we saw roughly a 25%–30% increase in customer inquiries compared to before, with more consistent leads coming through the website. We also tracked improvements in website traffic and user behavior. After the launch, we saw an increase in traffic along with a lower bounce rate, and the overall conversion rate improved as more visitors started reaching out through the contact form.

Within the first months after launch, we achieved over 500+ user registrations and a growing number of active listings across multiple categories. We also saw increased user engagement through repeat usage and improved content quality thanks to AI-powered features. The AI-powered features significantly improved content quality by helping users create more detailed and structured listings. This led to higher engagement, with users spending more time on listings and showing increased interaction compared to manually created content.Additionally, social media efforts helped drive traffic to the platform, contributing to higher visibility, more listings, and consistent user activity across categories. Engagement improved through repeat users, while social media efforts contributed to a steady increase in traffic and visibility.
