Drive more efficiencies by improving our keyword terms, strategy, account structure, etc. Maintain a 1:1 ROAS on existing campaigns and scale by implement strategic testing/learning.

I have worked with Wes for years and recommended them to Neodyne. We had been working with a larger PPC company and felt we weren't getting the commitment and attention our account needed. After switching to Inseev, performance has improved dramatically and they have proven to be great a great partner who is truly invested in our success.

We hired Inseev to take over our existing PPC setup. First, they performed a comprehensive audit and presented their findings and recommendations. From there, they completed an entire account structure rebuild and continue to manage our account.

We initially kicked things off with their CEO and VP (who are still highly involved in overall strategy and planning) and have a dedicated account manager who is responsible for the weekly status calls and sends us updates frequently throughout the week.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They've been able to maintain a 1:1 ROAS (which was the goal) since taking over our account. Once they did the initial rebuild, we started seeing even more improvements, but then COVID happened which has impacted consumer spending.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective - they're super easy to work with and have always been quick to respond and help wherever needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are a data and results-driven company with a wealth of expertise in both SEO and PPC. They took time to understand our industry of medical devices and vet our competition to drive optimizations across all our campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I can think of - we're limited by our budget and resources but would love to be able to expand our project base with them (and plan to do so if/when our budgets increase).

We were looking for a fresh look and strategy around our content marketing operation, specifically through an SEO audit, development of a keyword universe and priority list, and marketing consulting on execution.

Inseev rolled up their sleeves and dug into our highly-technical niche content with surprising skill. I am used to spending the first 6 months with new marketing support just getting them acclimated to the material. Inseev managed to gain an impressive working knowledge in just a few in depth work sessions, and turn that knowledge into a comprehensive SEO audit of our marketing platforms with clear recommendations and content marketing opportunities we would not have otherwise identified.

We were introduced to the team through their VP Wes Flippo, and from there worked primarily with Paul Hardley and Jason Melman of their SEO team. Paul and Jason took to our content quickly and worked smoothly with myself and my in house Marketing Manager David.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Inseev our website traffic is up 73% and conversions are up 56% over the same period last year. That is largely driven by the organic channel, and the keyword and content opportunities they have identified have made major contributions to this growth.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow has been smooth, a few 90 minute work sessions kicked off the project were followed by occasional collaboration and clarification between Paul and David, and ultimately resulted in the comprehensive and actionable audit and recommendations about 45 days from the start of the engagement.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to dig into our highly technical financial content and the minds of our niche audience is impressive. Truly have never experienced a team of marketers pick it up so quickly and effectively!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing comes to mind, and we'll be continuing to look to them for more support and strategy.

We saw tremendous revenue growth with them managing our PPC. Also they fixed our product feeds to operate much more efficiently

It was great, we only had monthly calls to review our metrics and it went perfectly.

They are extremely smart and have been doing this for a long time. Every time I have worked with them, they are teaching me something new. They stay up on all new developments.

We started working with them in September 2018 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In terms of Google Ads, our returns have gone up by about 50% since we started working with them. On the SEO side, we’ve seen our traffic go up by four times in just the last few months. Our site wasn’t optimized at all before, so once we fixed that, we saw our numbers start to sky-rocket.

They’ve performed very well. The team is very organized and they’re always looking at data on a regular basis, compiling results, and setting up detailed summaries every week. We have bi-weekly calls to go over results and they also send us email updates about once a week.

I management the relationship between my company and Inseev. Inseev has 3 main points of contact for the work they do for us and under that, they have a very extensive support team to complete the project and get work done in an efficient manner.

We consistently make improvements on our organic search channels based on the work that Inseev does. We are always getting new tactics, strategies, and projects from their deep analysis and it provides us what we need to continue to make progress as a whole in our business. We also are a very efficient and profitable channel because of the work they do.

We have worked together for years so we are a dialed-in machine and have an efficient process for managing our work, projects, and objectives.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their vast knowledge of the SEO world and depth of knowledge in my vertical makes it very easy to work with them and I feel comfortable knowing I can depend on them for best in class work and services.

The only improvements I see could be that my side of the relationship can improve by completing the project and work we plan faster.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They deliver a quality product and their communication is good. They always deliver on time at a good price. They do a good job of catering to the needs of larger clientele.

How did Inseev Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

We have recurring calls set up to review the status of new projects, the pipeline, and things like that. We also communicate via email. They're generally very responsive and client-friendly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The caliber of the team is great. We've got a really solid team. We get a good deal, and they don't treat clients identically. It's a pretty white-glove approach. They understand what our needs are and what our limitations are and where we have a little give. They know our brand and are willing and flexible to adapt to our needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re one of the top ten vendors we deal with. I don't have much constructive feedback for them right now.

My advice is to take time to talk with other people who've worked with them to understand their virtues.

We had worked with other agencies and were getting a low level of service and very little strategic thinking. We wanted a firm who could hit our performance goals by building the plan from scratch, with the whole picture in mind.

We found them through our prior agency relationships, friends and networking with other marketers who want best-in-class support.

In addition to the SEO, CRO, and online paid performance media components to our formal engagement (which we expect to grow in the future), they’ve been able to provide strategic perspectives on many other business initiatives and growth plans.

We work with a team of about 5 team leads across the various services, who all support different strategic needs. I think all of Inseev’s clients also get time with Jimmy, the CEO, whenever it’s appropriate or even we need him to help. His team has great "can do" attitude and are fun to deal with along the way.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were seeing very little if any discernable proof of the performance of our paid media dollars. When we signed with Inseev, they completely shifted around the way that budgets were being deployed, and with their tracking and processes, we were immediately able to see the results.

Leads started skyrocketing (and continue). We can’t give specific numbers, but the relative change in volume and efficiency was in the thousands of percentage points in the first few months.

The InSeev team is great to work with, always positive, and this is one of their strengths compared to prior (much larger, more expensive, premier) agencies we've worked with and is something more agencies should focus on providing.

We appreciate their "under-promise and over-deliver" approach.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We like the combination of the excellent data-driven strategies and results they put together, coupled with the fact that our teams get along really well and there seems to be nothing but positive sentiment on both sides.

That’s tough to find nowadays, I’ve seen a lot of agencies where it’s one or the other. Plus, they have a great understanding of cost optimization and working with our procurement team to ensure they are delivering the best value for our investment.

Are there any areas for improvement?

If we had to pick something out, I would say that because they have individual experts leading communication across the services (which ultimately we really like), at times it can be hard to know what needs are under whose responsibility. While this can be a headache, I think it does end up leading to really high-quality services.

We came across Inseev via word of mouth recommendation. We were considering two different vendors. The CEO was involved in the selection process.

Scope was to put together a competitor analysis. This turned out to be an extremely in-depth 105 page document with specific recommendations across a gamut of website areas. There's also PR outreach that is occurring on a monthly basis.

My role is to act as the POC and primary PM. Channels is organic search. Inseev is responsible for proposing a monthly service mix based on the findings of the competitor analysis and our current progress on the various projects.

There is a main SEO lead (he's great); an Account Executive to oversee our progress, and some others executing on some of the work. So 4-5 people total. The team has remained the current size engagement to date.

Our domain authority has increased over 25% since starting to work with Inseev.

Project management is very good. The are communicative and clear; everyone knows their expectations over the next 30 days. Files are passed via Dropbox, which makes disseminating the material with my internal team very easy.

The vendor was very flexible with our feedback. There were some delays on our side - no fault of the vendor - and Inseev was able to adjust plans quickly to accommodate these changes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Inseev has significantly improved our keyword performance through the content they're providing. Our backlink profile is beginning to grow and doing so in a white hat manner. They've also helped identify new areas of improvement to help us further improve our online performance.

In my previous experience with their team at other companies, they've been able to double traffic growth and significantly increase revenue overall.

How did Inseev Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They've been great about keeping track of projects, providing thorough documentation and delivering within set timeframes. They're also very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that even their project management staff has SEO knowledge, which saves us the hassle of having to communicate through a middleman with minimal expertise.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The first round of content creation hasn’t been up to par. We work with complex guidelines and information within our industry. We are working with the Inseev team to align on brand guidelines moving forward. I’m confident that we will have a productive feedback discussion and quality of the content will improve.

Outline your goals with Inseev from the beginning and revisit them consistently. Have an opinion and question recommendations from all angles. I’ve found that this discussion generates more meaningful results. Welcome and encourage Inseev to find new opportunities for program growth.
